Parking Indigo Toronto - Yonge and Bloor Parking Garage

Paid my parking and then the ticket was unreadable. Tried to reach anyone via the help button on the exiting machines, but nobody answered. When going to the “24hrs” service station no one was there and able to help me either. Calling them wasn’t helpful either. So I ended up having to pay another 27$ using the lost ticket option in order to get a working ticket and being able to exit the parking garage. Horrible experience and horrible costumer service (actually no costumer service at all)

Fairly expensive parking with no signs that indicates what the prices are for what time.I needed to go to a store in Blood-Yonge and this was the closest and best parking spot I could find as I do not really go downtown Toronto. I took around 30min to pick up something and it was $10. Very expensive and the parking is tight.However the garage is fairly lit, not bad for a parking garage but VERY expensive.

This parking is a maze and very expressive, 17 dollars for 1 hour, 15mn lost in the parking to enter the office, 10mn also to find my car. Don't recommend at all.

Great location, its a big environment with multiple selections of gifts you can buy for yourself or your friends and family of all ages.

This garage is a rip off. I arrived at 5:30pm and left before 6:30pm and it cost me $20. Talked to the attendant and said that was the correct price. There’s a GreenP lot at Church and Bloor that’s a lot cheaper.

I booked parking in advance. I pick the ticket when I enter the parking building. I inserted the ticket to the machine when I get out of the parking building. But it didnt work. So I called the man.He blamed me why inserting ticket but not scanning the QR code.I couldnt find any instruction. All I could see was machine to insert ticket. It was my first time to use Indigo parking.I want Indigo to find the guy working on June 8 around 16:50 and train him in terms of customer service.He is ruining your brand and reputation seriously.

Maximum $17 day time indoor parking at Young and Bloor. I believe this should be one of cheapest indoor parking in this area.

Soo poor customer service, paying. machines are very old and sometimes they deduct double money, and sometimes payment goes through and they return the ticket saying that we have not paid and if we talk to office people, they will speak to you rudely, specially a lady that works in night. I will suggest to just find any better parking nearby.

Derelict, dingy, and disorganized. Lots of spaces though because nobody wants to park here.

extremely rude customer service, ticket machines are falling apart and will eat your ticket (and of course customer service will not offer any sort of rebate because they actually make money when you lose your ticket and regardless of how long you've been there (15 minutes or 8 hours), it will cost 30 dollars. extremely expensive parking, unclear pricing, rude customer service, ticket machines are old, falling apart and don't work properly (and if the machine eats your ticket, of course there's no way to contact customer service unless you go to the stations near the garage entrance). seriously such a rip off. stay away from this place. try the green P parking right outside this place. the lady who works there at night was really rude when i told her the ticket machine on the ground floor ate my ticket and had a big fight with me accusing me of lying, while not offering any solutions and only saying regardless of how long i've been there, i now have to pay $30, when actually the maximum rate for weekends is $17 and also i was only there for 2 hours. how do you figure. please stay away and give your business to another parking garage that treats their customers right and also offers fair pricing. there's a bunch nearby.
