What an absolute amazing experience I had buying through Figure Skating Boutique. I am so grateful to Jason for being so very patient with me and helping so much with the postage in order to get an absolute amazing dress sent out to me. Nothing was too much trouble and I am delighted with the service given by this shop. Thank you so much for everything!

This has been by far the worst costumer service... Jason was very good at answering my emails when it came to selling, but as soon asa my order was delivered (INCOMPLETE), they are nowhere to be found.I placed my order Feb 6, received on the 12, but only partially. I emailed on Feb 16 inquiring on when the remainder of the order will be shipped or if I will get refunded for the missing items. I have followed up with other 3 emails just asking for an update and have yet heard a word back as of March 16.TERRIBLE customer service! If you are going to buy from them, definitely take this into consideration....

We always go there to get the figure skates. The staffs there so far we had were very experience and friendly. Recently we went, Jason was very helpful and gave us a lot of advices. We were very happy getting a new pair of skates. Some time the wait line was a bit long, but we understand the staffs spending time with other the customers. We always have good experiences shopping there. I recommend this skating store.

I visited the store last week to buy some accessories and to get fitted as my skates were giving me some arch pain. I came in without an appointment (I tried to make one same morning but the website doesn't allow you and they didn't get to answering my email before I arrived). Even though I came on a busy day (last day of a big sale) without an appointment, I was helped by (I believe) Dmitri who heat moulded my boots, and later Jason, the owner, came to take over, which I was pleasantly surprised by given the circumstancesI was super happy about how my boots felt after so I'm so glad I came! Unfortunately though, I was told that my boots were much too large, which is surprising considering I was fitted at this same store when I first bought them. However, since my boots were in good condition still, I wasn't pressured to buy a new pair or anything, and my skates were moulded to fit my feet better regardless. Thank you so much to Dmitri and Jason for helping me out on a busy day! The visit was well worth the 2hr drive for your excellent products and services (but minus one star for the original incorrect fitting)

My wife is new to skating and we had a skate fitting with Jason, who has 20+ years experience fitting skaters. He gave recommendations and we bought skates the same day after he heat treated and sharpened them. The fit on the ice wasn’t perfect and we’ve actually exchanged our skates twice, and every time Jason and his staff were incredibly happy to find the best fitting skate for my wife.We ultimately had to order skates online and while it’s taken four weeks to get them, we were well informed there was a backlog. We had some reservations ordering online based on some of the reviews but the staff were incredibly transparent about wait times. Armed with that information, we have no real complaints.Jason and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and they are equally happy to answer questions regardless of experience. You rarely get someone with so much expertise giving you their time even if you have zero experience with skating. They make you feel like they really want the best skating experience for you. The place can get quite busy so book a fitting ahead of time.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!I ordered two pants in November that arrived a few weeks later. I tried them on and they fit comfortably however I noticed the stitching around the waist of one of the pants was coming undone. The other pair I wore once on a light stroking session and the stitching around the cuff started coming out and completely unraveling.The pants were Jerry’s brand which I’ve never had a problem with the quality of before so I reached out to the store in December about getting an exchange or refund for what I assume were defective merchandise. No response. I reached out again twice more in January and still heard nothing. After my fourth attempt to contact them I finally got a response asking if I was the customer who they had already replaced them for!I responded within a few hours saying that no that wasn’t me and then heard nothing back. I sent another email a few days later and a week later they finally responded saying I needed to bring the pants in to get a refund. Again I responded promptly saying that I live in Vancouver and asking for a return shipping label to the store in Toronto.I have had no response since then and it’s been almost a week and a half!!! I understand that they’re policy is that customers generally have to pay for returns but to me it seems ridiculous to have to pay to send back pants that were defective in the first place! That along with the terrible customer service when it came to responding has lead me to write this review. Based on the other reviews I’ve read it seems I’m not alone in my bad experience. My advice would be to avoid ordering from the store at all costs!!!!

Best place to get all your figure skating gear near Toronto.The owner, Jason, is great!I am a certified coach and I have got my skates stolen out of my car a few days ago… I emailed Jason and he answered immediately, he got me in the Boutique as soon as they opened that day and got me set up with a new pair of boots and blades my size and let me borrow them for FREE. Just told me to return them whenever I get my new custom made order in a month or so.He was also super quick to mount a pair of blades on the boots so that I could be ready to coach that same afternoon without missing a single day of work!Needless to say Jason saved my day!

I ordered paid for a pair of skates in the first week of January. On the website, it said that it is going to be shipped within 2 weeks. It is now mid April and I am still hearing nothing from this store. I have emailed and called them countless of times and they have barely responded. This disappointing and frustrating. This store is not reliable.

I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing. If there was an option for zero stars, you bet that I would have given 0. I placed an order for some socks, tights, Zuca seat cover, headband and gloves for my daughter on Dec 30. We did receive some of the items ordered within a week of placing the order (Jan 5). However, we are now almost a month waiting for the remaining items. I have been billed for the full cost of all items ordered, waiting for 4 remaining items. There is no option to cancel the remaining products. I have attempted multiple emails, both to Jason and the orders email listed on the confirmation of my order. I haven't gotten any response. If you attempt to call, there will not be an answer, but a message saying to email - better to communicate via email to Jason who will respond within hours. It's been weeks, and nothing. If you are looking to purchase anything figure skating related, there are other places. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. I will not be shopping online for this company again, if I can help it. And if Jason, or any employee sees this - if you cannot service your customers electronically or via e-commerce, perhaps you shouldn't have the option for online shopping available.
