Great location, within walking distance from two large shopping centers, a Coop grocery store. We had great neighbours, and WRE the manage company was always helpful and keep up with any beefed repairs! The also let us upgrade and improve the suite. It's been over 10 years since we lived the as we moved to Vancouver but would live there again if I moved back

A very cute and lovely village!

Worst place I have ever lived. I wish I was making this up. The mold in my place made me so sick. Still dealing with it 6 months later. Mold everywhere, leaks in the outside flooding my kitchen making bugs and dry wall fall from my ceiling until I moved out. They REFUSED to fix it. Amanda.. the manager is the most disgusting human being ever. She will blame you or anything else. She is also just a nasty person to talk to. She yelled at me like I was her partner. It was weird. I'm a very clean organized person. So it wasn't me. I get along with everyone and am very patient. This went too far. No excuse aside from greed. Mostly newcomers living in this community and have shared similar stories of being ignored and taken advantage of.
