Had a very good experience with the online chat team. I was speaking with a gentleman named Andrew that went out-of his way to help me and fix my issue. I was 1st making an order online and I paid through PayPal and unfortunately I went way too fast and sent it to the wrong address. So I had to cancel the order. Andrew was very quick and very professional to walk me through the steps and Make everything happen effortlessly.

I am a client form Costa Rica and I ordered a filter housing for my GE fridge. The were very helpfull in checkeing for the correct part and confirming fit. The item was send promptly and once arrived in Costa rica I was the correct part and we have ice again! Great service! will recomend

Still waiting on an item from my order that was placed 3 months ago. I received zero communication from the company when it didn't arrive in my package. I followed up with an email asking where this item was. When the order was placed, it clearly said IN-STOCK" in bright green lettering on their website. I was then told it would ship when it was back in stock at the end of December. It's now February and I have still heard nothing and not received my ordered product. I should at least be refunded my money if they can't provide an in-stock item. Beware!!! Even if it says in-stock

Had a burnt out bathroom fan at work and of course it has to be the industrial type and obsolete. I went to chat online with Andrew and he is very helpful and truthful. Even though they have nothing that I can get but he gave me directions on how to go about getting the replacement. Thank you, Andrew.

Such a great experience. I get judgement for being a woman who knows how to fix stuff. But not here, Jacob behind the till was super knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient at his job. I was in and out with what I needed in what felt like minutes. They offer parts at a fraction of the price of other places around the city. My dryer is very thankful.
