I’m still waiting (over 2 years now) for the written letter describing the reason for my termination.I’ve asked on multiple occasions for the letter/proof as to why I was fired. I assume I still haven’t received this letter as promised because the owner will not write down “the employee refused to sleep with the employer” on paper which is the real reason I was let go.Serge (the owner) actively flirted with me, usually harmless but made an advance on me in October 2020 (I have the text messages) but when I denied him, by January my position was no longer needed".
