It started well, oh yes! before they take your money they are your best friend especially the big guy T" then after that

Bought a car for my son there and we didn’t see that the inspection was du since the past 6 months. We bought it from a guy that sells cars for that company. We brought it for the inspection and it’s over 2000.00 in repairs. The oil pas leaks and we have 30 days of warranty witch they said wasn’t covered. I never saw dishonesty in my entire life. I will never ever give good comments on that garage. It’s a disgrace to do buisness especially when a person pay 6000 and has to put 2000 in repairs. Have to pay to realize how people can rip you off. Ps i couldn’t sleep knowing i did this to a person.

I don’t even want to give this place 1 star, but no choice.I spoke with “TT” about a specific vehicle for 2 days and we arranged a time to meet to look at it. I live almost 2 hours away and said to him that I would be there after work at a specific time, which I was, and even confirmed before I left that it was still there and available.After getting a baby sitter, paying $75 in gas and travelling for 2 hours to get there, he comes out to tell me he just sold it. He didn’t message, call or try to reach me in any way to let me know. I found this to be very unprofessional. I was adamant about trading in my vehicle which is a year newer and almost 50k kms less than the vehicle I was going to purchase. He now lost out on 2 sales.I will make sure to tell everyone I come to to avoid this dealership at all costs. I wouldn’t buy a wheelbarrow from this guy.Unprofessional, unapologetic and untrustworthy.

I have been buying cars from Pat for over 20 years. I've had nothing but exceptional friendly service. They take care of me and make sure I am 100% happy with my purchases. Their service is second to none and beyond making sure you are still looked after even after your pyrchase! They believe in maintaining their customer relationships. I highly recommend stopping in and meeting his knowledgeable staff. If they don't have what you are looking for on their lot they will shop and find it for you! You won't be disappointed!

I just bought a car and I has been a great experience. The salesman has a really nice attitude. I got a month warranty and they have been fixing small details I have found in the car. I bought my Acura MDX from Murray's Used Cars and could not be happier. They have the BEST deal in town by far! Their customer service is beyond your expectations. They are wonderful to deal with as well and will take care of you. Now I know why they have been around for more than 40 years.

Tyler Taylor, he was great let me my wife test a Grand Caravan for a quick test drive. Came back had a good conversation. We didn't end up buying but enjoyed the experience. Very friendly.

I purchased my second vehicle from Murray's this year. They were fair with the trade and they were professional with the sale.My new (to me) vehicle had some minor issues that they took the time to resolve and made the repairs as simple and convenient for me as they possibly could. In fact, they did more for me after the sale than other dealers would have considered.

Last week I inquired about a vehicle they had listed and got the run around for three days. Them: I'll get that ready for you to test drive, so we made an appointment. Them: Gotta cancel, it needed a part it'll be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I asked if it was back. Them: I'll let you know as soon as we have it. End of day you don't call, you don't write, so I called. Them: I'll call you right back, 5 - 10 minutes tops. No call. Each day cost me another day on the rental. I've moved on but I waited a few days to post this to give them an opportunity and see if they'd contact me. Nothing. Just be honest.
