Very happy with the service I received recently! Kirk came to my home and treated my couch with MagicSeal. He was very considerate, called to give me a 10 min warning and was very efficient getting the job done. He even suggested doing the back of the couch, which I hadn't considered. We've had Paul F in our home a couple times to clean the small stains our son has made. Stains were removed each time. He was very personable & kind to speak to. Highly recommended.

This company sent a cleaner that not only failed to remove the stain from our couch but also stained and damage our hardwood floor with their cleaning product. The technician placed the treated cushion directly on the floor to dry with zero protection and it bleached the wood. The manager (Chris D) has done nothing to claim ownership. They offered us $250 (not enough to cover the repair) and has still not paid us the money. Avoid this company at all costs.

I just wanted to complement you on having such a courteous and caring employee. Mr. John Curtis not only applied the protective product to my leather love seat and chair but he took the time to fix my new bed frame as it was left in an extremely high setting. I am a widowed senior and would never have been able to adjust this myself. Had this company come do a protection spray service on my new couch. The tech, Richard, was absolutely wonderful. Very personable, friendly and in a great mood. His work was quick, efficient and he set up the couch so that my dog wouldn't be able to get on it while the solution was drying when he was done. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the overall service. He even showed up early to get it done quicker. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Very rude customer service.The woman called me kept asking me if I would like to book without any detail of booking for what. And then she suddenly hanged off the call while I am asking about the reason for booking.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Additionally, if it was telephone issue, your staff should've called me again as soon as she noticed it, which never happened for two hours.And if I were a business owner I would suggest my staffs to correct the happening, rather than making excuse on this review.Let me remove 'OLD' since I am not ageist. Cool?

Very poor customer service from the person who came home to spray the chemical. Very bad attitude and extremely arrogant. Company made a mistake with the billing and the person who came refused to wait until we sorted out the problem. The company finally called him to confirm the correct amount but this guy contnued to show attitude. The whole thing took 15-20 mins to sort out but he had no patience whatsoever and was plain rude.
