This is by far the worst Tim Hortans I’ve been to. It’s always extremely slow. There’s one particular young lady there who always had a bad attitude. She rolls her eyes at me when I tell her my order and when I say thank you, she responds with “yup”. Terrible. Do not recommend.

I’m giving it four stars not bc of the staff but there’s always this druggy dude that talks to himself he lowkey like me I be talking to myself sometimes cause no one wants to talk to me he real for that he maybe fighting demons but he doing his best lowkey god is good and absolutely grateful. God is the greatest

Things I can have some other selections as far as food goes upfront besides just donuts and muffins . I also wish they will keep their drive-thru speakers up to date.It's been so hard the last several months to even get them to understand an order that I placed every single day in the same manner same way no changes.... Definitely paying more attention to detail and prepping and making the order would help lessen order mistakes and return trips

I always order an iced cap made with milk and 75% I question it when I get it because it’s too light coloured to be made with milk and I’m assured the order is correct. And today, yet again, it is not. Please tell your people not to argue with the client when they say it’s not made correctly. For the second time this week I’m dumping over $3 down the sink. Thanks Tim’s.

Asked for two sausage breakfast sandwiches. When I got home it was just meat and a bun… who in there right mind would pay 5 dollars per item for meat on bread not even cheese. I wanted a normal sandwich unless specifically asked for that should always be included me simply saying sausage is due to the fact you also put other meats on those sandwiches. There is no excuse for this if I wasn’t working from home this would have ruined my day instead of my morning.

Said my order about 5 times before it got it punched properly. Then he tried to only give me part of the order. 1 pumpkin spice muffin, 1 chocolate cruler and 4 smile cookies. That's it. Was given the cookies

Normally a good location, especially later in the evening. Seating here is pretty good. Only issue is they get really busy and have issues keeping up. Got one of our 2 drinks right away and was another 10 minutes before we got our 2nd one. Cant say i fully recommend after that

Not very friendly. Not 1 person working there ever smiled or even looked remotely like they wanted to be there. The whole place is customer service based. If you cant smile at the people buying the items that provide you a pay cheque at the end of the week, you are in the wrong profession. Put a friggin smile on your face and at least pretend like you enjoy your job! Its really not that hard and those employees need to try it sometime! Just sayin'
