Couldn't call since there was over 30 minute wait. Had a defective box. Went in and got a new box. Asked if they would activate it since the wait on the phone was so long. She told me activation is a different line so no wait. Well got home could not activate online since the system is broken. Was on hold 75 minutes to finally get someone to activate my box. How is this company rate #1 as customer service. I think they stuffed the ballot box!! If you have a choice...which I don't....then do not go with cogeco!!

Cogeco are going through technical upgrades and there will be disruptions. The customer service staff at the Burlington Mall location deserve a medal. The abuse the are facing head on! Not sure how they keep from waking out! Job well done ladies!

I would give zero stars if I could. The mosts useless, expensive, overpriced with the worst customer service of any company that I have ever experienced. I AM SOOOO DONE WITH YOU!!!!!!
