2 weeks after applying for a junior engineer position at Surrey's Fortis BC, I have got a call from HR last week's Friday regarding the application. I have been very busy the time HR called and I have requested her to call back. HR has promised me to call back this Monday but, I have not heard back from her, I have not received any follow up email and this is truly unprofessional and it is clear that Fortis BC does not care applicants, very disappointing.

Fortis bc is a. Scam! They mess up my bill, the next following month they “fix” it or revise it and gave me a bill that is 1200! All because they mess up on the previous bill and expected me to pay or else they disconnect me! When they mess up it’s okay but they demand to have their money right away. And I was paying them 200 bucks each month to lower my bill but apparently that was enough for them??? Such a scam of a company man. The worst! And now they expect a deposit that is 500 for reconnection and charge another 100 for the reconnection. It’s a total joke this company. Absolutely horrible!

I am now a brand new customer to Fortis and they slap me with a $900.00 bill. Welcome to Fortis BC thanks for the money. Wow these people are scammers and the sad part is nothing you can do, so they just laugh at you on the phone. My customer representative" was Gabriel. If you are going to steal from people you should at least be upfront and nice about it. Customer service is the pits

Unprofessional and Unethical service. Fortis BC agent did a mistake and they want me to pay the damages for that so i paid $200 because of mistake of their agent. When i paid them $200 cleared everything then again they removed my Pre-Authorization from account and put me in trouble again, now credit will show that i make later payments.... Not deserve even 1 star (if there would have been negative star, I would have given that.

A tradesmen hit a gasline at my friend's home under construction. The response team did a great job. And line behind home was repaired.

They are showing disrespect to customers. I got voice message to call and said we are open to 8. not open at 7:15. Then checked web site and checked Google+ entry. Says open until 8pm and reopen at 7 am. So I made diary note and called at 7:30. Still not open. So staff calling; website and Google+ are all wrong. My time was wasted.

Fortis Service Tech Mark was very professional and took the time to educate my wife and I on our water tank, furnace and both fireplaces and how everything relates to the gas in our town home. Thank you Mark for the outstanding service!
