Be careful when booking rooms at this hotel. Check the invoice for proper charges. They will take 30 days to refund your money..

Rooms are nicely renovated, but there's no air conditioning (which made it very difficult to sleep in the heatwave). Also, the staff were reluctant to give us toilet paper, telling us that they were almost out... it's very frustrating because these rooms are not cheap.

Nice basic accommodations in a Centrally located area in Waterton. Within walking distance of every place in town. Convenient parking next to every room. Rooms were clean. Registration and check out were fast and efficient. Enjoyed our stay there.

Found bugs all over the room, alive and dead. We had to cancel the trip because of the bugs and some allergic reactions. However, the hotel denied the existence of the bugs after we left and implied that we brought the bugs into the room, and refused our reasonable request of a full refund. Very very disappointed!!

Room was nice enough but wifi continually cut out and the tv only got 3 channels. With room price comparison to other nearby hotels, this one needs an update.

The second I walked in, there were flies near the window. The lock was very old-fashioned. The washrooms overcame my expectations, as I saw bad reviews. Although they offered free Wi-Fi, there were other connections that were trying to steal your data, such as “Definitely Not A Mimic”, and “Also Not A Mimic.” The location was close to Pizza of Waterton and a few other places. The worst problem was the temperature. They didn't have an AC but said that they had a ceiling fan. Unfortunately, they only had a small, low-speed one that wasn't attached to the ceiling. Overall, the hotel was fine, but unless you like overheating while you sleep, go for the nicer hotels in Pincher Creek instead.

Basic but solid, practical and clean accommodation. Reasonably well equipped kitchen with microwave, basic kettle, fridge, hob rings, and dodgy toaster. Shower good. Beds comfortable. Convenient parking next to rooms. Do however hear some noise from other apartments.

Very basic motel set up, and usually expensive in season due to demand/supply in waterton. But location is great.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient. Close to everything. Our room was newly remodeled inside, including new woodwork and doors, and completely new bathroom with granite countertops. There was a nice second floor community deck just off our room where we spent evenings soaking up the views of the very close mountainsides that surround the hotel. Staff were friendly. Caitlin is wonderful.
