The staff is awesome.I ordered Taro milk tea with kPearls and coconut jelly, nice mix of all flavours.

It was alright. At my old bubble tea house, they could infuse the pearls with different flavours and it seems you can't do that here. Still, it satisfied a bubble tea craving on a hot day!

I ordered a mango lychee smoothie with pearls, but was actually thinking of taro. Unfortunately the smoothie didn't taste how I was expecting. So although my fault of course, I was taken aback and shocked. The saving grace to secure the coveted 5 star was the choice of signage font. Incredible kerning yet modernity welcomed and enveloped my total experience. Waves of multi coloured pendant lighting lit the way, but don't look directly at the three fixtures with the missing globes, pretty harsh and direct for these virgin eyes

Love Pearl Fever and im excited for when the drive thru finally opens! I've never seen a bubbletea drive thru so thats definitely going to be convienent. Its generally pretty quick once you order, they are fast at making the drinks. Sometimes theres a bit of a line up though.

I always visit this place. Loved the real Taro BUT today my husband and I went to get 2 real taro but unfortunately it tasted like milk with a little bit of real taro. Its disappointing.We went today around 5:10-5:15 - drive thru

Drove from Abbotsford to Langley, just to get some boba. Checked the hours online before our journey. We arrive at 10pm and the doors are locked. On the website it said they close at 10:30. I thought this was odd but I wasn’t mad, I decide to knock on the window and inform a worker that their hours were wrong on their website. They refuse to come to the window to even look at my phone. Okay, so I call the store and they answer after the 5th ring. I tell them hey I just came and you guys are closed but on google maps it says you’re open till 10:30 I just thought you should change it before something like this happens again. They say no worries and I end the call…Couple minutes later they call back saying it says they closed at 10 on their website and google maps WHILE I am looking at it say 10:30! I explain I see it here right now and tried to show them before while I was there but they still insist it says 10 and “I” got the location WRONG and I was looking at surreys hours.BUT I will let you guys decide :)From the perspective of a customer service employee this was HORRIBLE service I won’t even start on the attitude I was given. The beverages are great for “what I got to call “local” boba but not worth the headache.

The place is quite. There’s only one staff but he is pretty fast. Bubble tea is yum too! I didn’t find anything weird about the place. My opinion for this place would be neutral.

Decent bubble tea in Langley. One size drink. Service was good as staff were friendly. Spacious as well as a very clean environment. Ordered the Espresso Coffee smoothie with pearls. Haven't had Pearl fever in awhile but drink tasted a little watered down. Not sure if it was the coffee or not but it didn't taste like what it used to when I had it years ago. Should've tried it there but didn't open the drink till I drove off. Hence not fair for the store to give it 3/5. Some adjustments could be made as I used to frequent Pearl Fever at different locations but nonetheless a good experience.

sometimes you coming in the place to get pearls on your smoothie but they'll be saying no pearls because they are still cooking it, happen thrice to me, i heard it happened to some of my friends too
