Jayson did an excellent job in helping us purchase & secure our dream home. From start to finish he executed the plan we had in place, buy then sell. Jayson kept in contact with us for several years , never pushy,trying to get us to sell, always very informative about the current market everytime we spoke. After purchasing our new home, Jayson had our current home on the market the next day and sold 4 days later, and over the asking price. When you're making a big financial, personal and sometimes emotional decision, you want someone who will be a good listener, a strong negotiator and who will get the deal done.
