Great place to get all kinds of jewellery making supplies. The owner travels around the world to buy a wide range of beads. Will surely satisfy the different tastes. They also offer gift certificates and jewellery making classes and parties. Bought myself earrings and a gift card for a friend.

Best costumer service out of any store I’ve been to. Only amazing experiences The owner is so friendly, patient and respectful. One time I went and she asked if there was anything I was looking for, I gave her a list of three items. Next week I came back and she had got them all for her store so I could buy them.She’s super inclusive and thoughtful, as she makes sure to provide little special things from everyone’s culture that you won’t find anywhere else. From African, First Nations, etc.Considering everything First Nations people have been through its amazing to see her keeping our culture around for us.- For example, I haven’t been able to find jingles for jingle dresses anywhere in Ontario. Knowing how important it was for me to have them she found them and ordered them in with in a week!Definitely drop by here and chat with the owner you won’t regret it

Such lovely and knowledgeable staff. Came in simply looking for jump rings and left with much more plus a huge smile on our faces. So many unique stones, findings, displays jewelry and accessories! A crafter's delight and beader's haven!

Great store, wonderful friendly and helpful owner. I stumbled on this place looking for some crafts ( charms, beads etc) I loved the store it has a lot!!! I was looking forwards to visiting Mhai O Mhai since 2020, I had found extraordinary tools and supplies online for model horse tack making that I couldn't find anywhere else. I wasn't disappointed! I could not find small pliers with ridges anywhere, Carolynn just happened to have a few they were discontinuing and put a pair aside for me. Eureka! Exactly what I needed. Talk about timing! Even just through email contact with Carolynn her warmth came through. When I got to the store I met Terry. I brought along some items to show what I was looking for plus purchased additional items. Terry was great. This is a store like stores used to be, inviting with friendly knowledgable helpful staff that spend time with you. It carries a huge amount of stock, all great quality and prices. It was worth the trip from Richmond Hill. Highly recommended!

I went in for the first time as a novice, hoping to create something new with my Grandma’s vintage jewellery to wear to her funeral. I was down and disheveled but brightened instantly when greeted by the friendly Caroline. She went out of her way to help me when I didn’t even know the names of the tools or products I needed, suggested helpful tools and sent me on my way with a smile. First time I’ve smiled since my loss. Wonderful and personable customer service with a vast array of products. Thank you ! I will be back.
