I haven't had B&R Ice cream for years and actually haven't been in their stores for perhaps close to fifteen years, so it was a pleasant experience this trip. The staff were extremely friendly at this location - all young men working behind the counter when we went at 11pm. We tried a few samples and settled on a chocolate and peanut butter scoop, chocolate fudge scoop and Jamoca Almond Fudge. As can be expected, all great tasting, fresh and full of flavor. In terms of this branch, it was very well kept, clean, organized and spacious. I'd definitely recommend this location.

I got so many Samples of ice cream for free!!! I love that, I was too full from dinner so I did not want too much and got a child cone. Some other places don't let me sample so out of the 5 samples, all were so good, my kids loved loved the samples too before they picked a flavour! Thanks BR :)

We have been going here for years. Obviously the ice cream is great and there’s so much to choose from but it’s the service that is really outstanding and makes us loyal customers. They always remember us, are super friendly and kind. Even on days when it’s super busy they are laughing and talking to everyone and make it a great experience.

Amazing ice cream flavor selections.Service was fantastic, friendly and very prompt despite being busy.There are a few seats inside and a few outside. Wish there was a bigger outdoor place to sit, but it's a busy plaza so not much chance to sit outside and enjoy at this location.

Best customer service in Kitchener. Amazing and friendly staff. They let you try as many samples as you’d like until you pick your flavour. They give you details about flavours available and accommodate for dietary restrictions. As always, Baskin Robbins is the best ice cream shop.

If you are going to BR then make sure to have waffle cone. I had nutty coconut ice cream and it was full of nuts and hint of coconut. I would recommend nutty coconut and almond fudge.The staff here is generous while scooping ice cream. Will definitely recommend this BR location.

I love Baskin Robins and I would give a 5 star review except I went in to go grab some ice cream and there was a muslim woman in front of me and the guy behind the counter and her seemed so nice, they were smiling, talking to eachother but when she left and I went up he just didn’t seem to like me, no smile very little words, just seemed like he wanted me out of the store. So very biased customer service. but the ice cream is always fire

When it comes to variety of ice cream flavours baskin robbins has got it. They are really delicious plus the staff and the owner is so friendly here that tops up your desert trip to the shop. My always go to stop.
