We have used both mobile and on site facilities both are top notch. Dr Leanne came to our home and looked after our rescue with multiple medical concerns. Her compassion and time taken to explain rationale and processes was appreciated. When his time came she allowed we humans and our other pets the time we needed to grieve and gave us strength to know we were doing the right thing as our hearts were breaking. Dr Leanne Jess and all the staff we have met have made us and our pets comfortable always taking time to answer questions thoroughly. You and your pets wont be disappointed. A great choice to care for your pets❤

Would not recommend. The services are expensive and they sold me things i didn’t need.In the package for me left outside they added an extra thing (dog cone) which I did not require without prior asking me if I needed it. When I called about this I was asked to return it for a refund. Which I did, and someone even showed up at the door and confirmed with me that I am returning when I was dropping the package outside.It’s been 5 weeks since I was promised a refund. Tried to call to discuss but a fax responds for an Operator option (3). Left a comment on their web site but was told that “tech support” cannot help me.

Run from this place as fast as you can! This place is completely dysfunctional. We had met with Dr. Leanne and all I know is that she looked at our pup for 2 minutes tops - then we were faced with a $500 bill. We had zero explanation. The staff don't seem to know what way is up...they were totally confused. We were supposed to get results 48 hours later and we ended up having to call - then wait on hold for 10 minutes (no exaggeration). We left a message for the vet and never received a call back. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere.

I've owned five dogs and mostly lived in a big (US) city with the best care options - but I have never been more impressed with any vet I've worked with more than Tiffany the proprietor of this business. She is honest, upfront and happy to refer people to other specialists to check her work.I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else after working with her.

Wonderful experience, vets and receptionists are extremely professional, very patient with my cat and made him feel very comfortable. In prescribing him preventative care, I had asked to have some time to explore all my options and they wrote down all sorts of information for me which I so appreciate. Very thorough, I highly recommend and your pet will be in good hands here!

Suppose to be the dogs vet but everytime they need to go the best thing they say is oh bring them to Barrie its better that way, like seriously

Always friendly and compassionate with my pets. Love that it's a Fear Free trained vet clinic. Very well run/organized. Always a positive experience.

My old vet ended up getting a office cat so I had to switch vets. I'm so happy I went with georgian bay. The team is so awesome and helpful. Mabel loves going (mostly for snacks). The teams care is top notch
