No home was too far out of the way, and no limitation was ever placed on where (or when!) we could look for homes. He would always accommodate for any issues that came up on our end; from last-minute showings to all of the paperwork we had to fill out, Nelson responded immediately to any concern that we had. He made this process a smooth and stress-free one for us, and treated us like friends instead of clients. Great sales experience with Nelson, and his professional staff. Nothing fun about selling, but this was pain free. In the current market, 3 weeks from list to sold, was a major achievement, and he was on a much deserved vacation for most of that. It's all in the service.
