I was looking for a reliable car for my family of four and within hours he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and told me he could have it to me next day. He took care of everything for me and made this the easiest transaction possible. First off the staff members are friendly which I like. My issue to give a 1 star is because of several different reasons.Last year a noise was coming from my vehicle (rattle noise) I brought it in and they told me it was one thing and fixed it... I take it home and find the rattle still there so I schedule another appointment for them to tell me it's something different... so they fix that... I get the vehicle back and the noise is still there... so a 3rd attempt they fix it but because of my complaining they comp it (which was the smallest amount of a fix)... fast forward a year later I get another similar noise but other side.... I bring it in they have to order a part to fix it. I get it fixed and guess what.. noise is still there...To be clear their hours and my work schedule are almost the same so I need to take time off of work to get these issues fixed as I don't have anyone I could borrow a vehicle from or get a ride into work.So this is why I am so incredibly disappointed with Mazda. Next vehicle will not be a Mazda.

I would of left the 5 star even though I feel I was ripped off. Bought a truck that was advertised too me having a remote start. It did not work. So the summer and winter were great not having AC or a heated vehicle to wake up too to go to work. Yesterday Mazda calls too tell me they have free remote starters for the new line up of vehicles they have..That did it for me. I even explained why I wouldn't be purchasing another vehicle from Mazda..The woman's response was Ok I will take you off the list. The proper response would of been. Sorry about that how about bringing your truck down and we will fix the problem.

I have had my new car now for a week and I am very happy with it and the amazing service I received from Courtney @ County Mazda. From start to finish she made this process smooth, quick and easy for me while dealing with me through text and email as I am from another Province. They brought my new car right to me the next day after completing the sale. I will 100% be buying my future vehicles through County Mazda. Customer Service is what made my decision.

Excellent service! Although, I am sad that County Mazda was taken over by the Steele Group. One of the reasons why I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership is the fact that they were not associated with a large take over" group!"

Just bought a 2020 Mazda CX-30 from County Mazda and I'd like to say that this was simply the easiest, smoothest and most enjoyable car purchase I've ever made. Kevin Moore, the General Manager, is terrific as are all his staff. I arranged just about everything with quick and easy text messaging, and when I went into the dealership everything was exactly as he had quoted, absolutely no surprises. This is my 3rd Mazda from New Glasgow and I happily give them the highest recommendation. You'll be very happy if you buy a car from County Mazda. You can't find a better dealership in Nova Scotia.

I recently experienced car trouble driving from Inverness on way back to Halifax. I took my Mazda CX-5 to a garage en route and unfortunately received a mis-diagnosis and the wrong part ordered. Long story short, my car was subsequently towed to the nearest Mazda dealership which happened to be County Mazda in New Glasgow. I dealt with Allen and he restored my faith in bringing my car to a dealership. My car was correctly diagnosed, part ordered and promptly repaired. I would not hesitate in recommending County Mazda and Allen is terrific!

Seems I rated too early in the process, perhaps should have waited until everything was finalized. Left there feeling like we were treated unfairly. Despite the fine sales person and excellent finance manager, we won’t be back. Can’t recommend.

Hate it when they don't put prices and option sheets on the vehicles. I asked why and was told that it was because the prices are going down so rapidly. Lol
