I'd you boxing done, avoid Staples. These guys will fax it for you and give you a fax receipt immediately. Highly recommend. They save me a big headache

Very friendly and helpful, great for packing art - had some items with family I needed packed and shipped to the UK. They clearly outlined the process and gave me a quote before I brought things in. Everything arrived safe and sound, clearly packed with a lot of care. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I went in this store to drop off my company's laptop. My company emailed me a shipping label and a confirmation-of-drop-off letter from UPS to be signed by their representative at the UPS store. I went in to drop off my package and when I asked them to sign the form, the representative said in a very aggressive tone we dont sign anything". I explained the situation and explained the confirmation-of-drop-off letter was given by UPS themselves with clear instructions for the representative to sign

I frequently have to make shipments and I was pleasantly surprised at the rates UPS provides. Charged me about 1/4 the cost of Fedex last time: $175 to Vancouver for Fedex vs $45 to California with UPS, neither with insurance.The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. This UPS store isn’t that close to where I live vs other post offices but I’m going to bring my packages with me to work and drop them off here from now on. The savings vs Fedex and the experience I had will make this my preferred place to ship.

I am always so pleased with the service I receive here. Over the years, I've used this store for shipping, faxing, copying, shredding, printing and business cards. I have always found the convenience, quality, speed, price and professionalism top rate!

my experience with ups store#116, across from london drugs on yates street, was refreshingly positive & far exceeded my expectations!there was no line up, and the staff was highly efficient & helpful from the time i walked in the door until my package was delivered.liz was especially considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. she went above and beyond any customer service i've had,even contacting me right back on a sunday when the store was closed, to assure me that my package was fine when i had trouble tracking it.she helped me again when i was unsure what the tracking information indicated. she knew how important this package was to me & it felt very important to her too.what a refreshing experience these days when wait times can seem long & patience can feel thin, or things aren't running smoothly for one reason or another.i know exactly how i will send my christmas gifts this year, and anything else important or precious to me.i highly recommend ups store116 if you want to send something important & not worry about it!

Fantastic service!I came in with the labels but none of my packages taped up. I was going to buy a roll of tape off the them but instead they taped it for my and gave me sticker packages for the labels. No charge. I’ll be using UPS and this location for my mailing services!

Terrible customer service. Owner started to yell at me when there was a delivery error. Super aggressive. Dont reccomend.

This shipping store is the place you want to go if you're willing to be treated with kindness.Even though they were busy, they took the time to give me estimated prices according to measurements of what I was planning to send abroad.They also sell packing supplies and professionally pack your fragile items.They were patient and understood that I was comparing prices and options. They made a difference when I thought customer service didn’t exist anymore.Plus, they also rent mailboxes, which make them Gypsy-friendly.

This is my second time being told to come back tomorrow. Of course I wouldn’t and I didn’t.Last time their printer accidentally went down. That’s like 5 o’clock far from their closing time. The staff said the restart would take a long time, so it would be better that I would come back tomorrow. I did understand, as circumstances happen.After experiencing what today happened, I realize that this is not only circumstance happened out of human control, but also a displeasing mindset that they care so less of their customers. I went for two prepaid envelopes. The guy stared at me saying they need to create labels and it was too late when there is 15 mins before their scheduled closing time. When I expressed clearly I would not want to come back tomorrow, he retorted back then Monday. This is ridiculous.If you don’t want any work after 6, then write your closure as 6. If you write 6:30, people come before that assuming you are fully capable of conducting services. I couldn’t understand how dare you saying it’s too late? Do you think your customers’ time not as valuable as your are?He not only signified their low productivity but also in his eyes my presence was like an impediment to the timely closure of their business which probably owned by him and his girlfriend. This shop boasts a convenient community location, but I would deliberately en route to other courier services to avoid my contact with it in the future. I would not spend any of my money to nurture this kind of unwelcoming, unpleasing, and even upsetting business attitude surviving in this neighbourhood.
