Excellent quality of shoes friendly helpful staff very clean store

I like their clothing varieties but I personally don't like the way they give those coupons with the exclusive days window to redeem it, and that too you can't use 2 coupons for 1 purchase. It seems just a gimmick and not really beneficial for their regular customers.

Had me leaving in tears and spent 15 mins crying in my car! spent over a half hour with my child struggling for sizes and couldn't find anyone in the kids department and I finally gave up and was crushed that we left with nothing when they're one of the only places that offer HUSKY sizes, at the register the cashier kept insisting she'd get a manager to help after we purchased on a sweater, I was asking to just go cuz I was in there the whole time while there were multiple managers and staff and got no help until I wanted to leave? Really bad customer service. Never coming bak, will even give away gift card cuz there's no help or sizes here.

2022: 5/5Friendly and fast and helpful service, no complaints, a huge improvement over 5 years ago.2017: 2/5Was in the store, 20-30 minutes, and was not asked if I needed help once...approached 2 staff on different occasions as I had questions about 2 products...I guess the staff were busy as when they saw me approach they went into the staff room, I guess so I would not interrupt their inventory count or whatever they were doing...does Old Navy not train their staff in personal sales or something? Totally bizarre behaviour especially in an age where I can receive the same service from a store online while acquiring products for a MUCH cheaper price. I have never been in a store before without being approached by someone in under a minute, let alone being in a store for over 20 minutes, going through their racks of clothes, and not talked to at all, not welcomed, not asked if I needed help, not asked how am I doing,...in truth I found it amusing in a sense, though never wasting my time at this store again as I really just wanted to buy 2 products and leave quick and could not find what I wanted nor anyone to really help me (by the time I passed the cash girl 30 minutes after had already made up my mind not to give this store my money as they had not earned it)...

Good store, as of this date men's items is on the right and women's items on the left. Good prices on average, and they have good sales every now and then. Sign up for their newsletters to keep up on their deals if that's your thing.

Ice cold cashier with attitude at your 110 concert way today at around 3:45pm makes me wonder why she is in front of the public.A shirt on the $9.99 rack caught my eye and foolishly thought it was a super deal,unfortunately it wasn't for 9.99 but for32.50. That must have irked her when I said I won't be buying it. When it was time to ring up the other 3 items she glared and said THE KNITS ARE REGULAR PRICE AND ONLY THE SHORTS ARE ON SALE , I said no problem and rang up the items. That will be 80.42 was her next comment. I wanted to use my vanilla card that I got for Father's day and pay the balance on my M/Card. It took me a couple of minutes to locate it in my wallet while trying to avoid her glare.She advised me to hold on to the vanilla card in case of returns.I asked for her pen to note that on the vanilla card and her stern reply was , You'll have to wait".Upon completion she said thank you and as I walked away she made it quite clear and said loudly to the woman behind me " Sorry for the wait.
