DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This store is awesome to get all kinds of shoes and brands. It's funny how Sketchers shoes here are cheaper than the sketcher outlet right in the same mall with just 10 mins walk. The store also has great brands like Steve Madden, Timberland etc. It's my one stop shop for shoe shopping with great deals.

This was a rough shopping experience. First impressions were that I was impressed with the size and selection. However when I found boots I was looking for, the right boot was missing from all the boxes. There was 2 pairs in my size so I approached an associate, she tried selling me 2 different sets of boots rather than looking for the boots in the back. Another associate told her she had to look in the back. About 5 minutes later she came out and told me to order them online and walked away. I found another associate and he went to the back for 1 minute max and came out with the pair.I went to pay and inquired about price matching (I called another location earlier in the day to confirm)This store denied the price match and told me to call that other store and try to sort out why they told me that.The manager from the other store ended up calling this location to have them honour this. She reminded them that price matching is their policy. This location turned a relatively simple transaction into a 45+ minute ordeal.I would give it 1 star if it wasn't for that very helpful associate and the size/quality of products. But I've never had such a frustrating shopping experience before.

Was there to donate shoes in exchange for points. Talked with one of the employees on the floor and told us we have to line up in the cashier to do it. Very very long line up, and only 2 cashiers were opened. We lined up for at least 20 mins.

I used to like shopping here but not anymore. No customer service at all. I waited in front of the cashier line for about 5 mins and no one came. I had to go find a staff myself. Plus, their price tag was wrong. It was showing 30% off and 20% additional off, but it was actually no discount at all. Wasting my time!

Just purchased a pair of Skechers sandals from DSW Tsawwassen Mills. In the past, have bought many pairs of runners and dress shoes. They seem to have my larger size and E size width. Sometimes, by chance, I can find a great deal in the discounted section. I usually know what I am looking for so I do not carry as much weight on customer service as with other reviewers. Their pricing is okay if you can catch it on sale. Too bad the Richmond store is closed permanently but it is worth the trek for me to Tsawwassen for the sizing.

New and nice location at Tsawwassen Mills outlet.

They carry a wide variety of shoes but I noticed that despite the discount they offer they are still much pricier than the competition. If you don't mind the price difference, you can find everything here shoe related making this your one stop shop.

This store has a wide selection of shoes but lacks customer service. There were two cash register attendants who were assisting a long lineup. One attendant left while there were still customers on the line - leaving only one person on the tills. This one person wasn't empathetic when I suggested to have another cashier as the line keeps getting longer. Very bad customer experience.

No update for the shipment , the shipping number doesn’t work online either. No one pick up the phone. There’s no service. I’m speechless.
