If you move to BC from any other provinces and they send you a big invoice for anything and you call them back to put your side for this unreasonable amount for calling an ambulance they will tell you that nobody forced you to come to BC . And then gives you vague excuses to take your hard earned money. No thanks to BCEHS and Revenue services BC

Went to get my ID renewed. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, which is very shocking considering you hear about some government buildings have long wait times. Thank you!

Should be open on the weekends for people who work an actual job or at least have a phone service open. To lend a hand to those who need it after working 7am to 5 PM. Government tax crooks

This place does NOT do photo IDs, if you book online to get a replacement/new ID & it is scheduled for this location, go to ICBC & schedule there instead!

Went there for the issuance of my passport. They kind of insisted me to come back due to the queue but I preferred taking my chances and I was through the same day. They are pretty quick unlike the other government building officials who are known to prolong. This place is fast and reliable. Have not received my passport yet but the service was good. The guards there are also very knowledgeable and friendly.
