Avoid Amarjeet, Extremely Rude Person. She will ruin your day.I got billed for an appointment stating no show. However, I had called in and canceled the appointment.I called them back asking why i got billed for no show even i had canceled the appointment. She started arguing that you never called. I told her i have proof of call she said i dont care we dont need that. Then she started making accusations that this is our third time doing that and all which is very disrespectful. Later in the discussion we found she literally talking about a date of appointment which we never booked and then she had to relook at the appointments again. She argued and accused us for the appointment which we never booked and also she had no sign or sorry or apology. She has no remorse for her attitude like she owns this clinic and dont care about people calling in with concern.Great thing i have screenshot of the call log and i will definitely take to the authorities where ever i can as this is very unprofessional and rude to their family patients or anybody in general.
