First experience bringing my boat with Honda Marine Outboard 130/8 engines to get serviced + specific issues resolved. Kahveh the service manager was great & kept me in the loop for schedule & updates & costsJeff, the master marine mechanic was very good at working on my main engine and my kicker engine. He spent the time to explain all the repairs & service maintenance + give me advice on some of the preventive measures to allow smooth operations in & out of the water...I would not hesitate to highly recommend the Honda Marine Centre Burnaby & (Kahveh & Jeff) but be aware the shop is always busy so need to plan & book in advance. I will be book again in the near future

For a long while I had always wanted a ruckus. This year I decided to go all out and buy the vehicle as a birthday present to myself. Did some research and found out about the Honda Centre In Burnaby.When I arrived, I was met by Galen who at the time was having a difficult situation, dealing with a customer who was uncooperative. Galen did not bring any of the frustrations he had dealing with the customer and was super welcoming to me.Galen showed me the ruckus and answered all my questions with professionalism and humor. I had decided to buy the ruckus and a helmet from the store as well. The new person who unfortunately I forgot the name, helped me pick out a helmet and was super patient with me. Overall, my first visit was 10/10 and I left happy with the service and my ruckus.Fast forward few months later.I attempted to booked a 1000KM service for my ruckus. I initially tried doing it through their website, with their designated service form. However, I waited a few days and did not hear back from them. I decided give them a call. The operator who answered told me that instead of 1 hour it to would 1.5 hrs of service and could not give me an exact quote. Told me to bring it in on a Tuesday at 9AM.I had brought it in at schedule time. One employee took my VIN and checked mileage. Another employee signed me in and was confused on why I was here. Apparently, my maintenance wasn't until 12PM and not 9AM which was originally scheduled for.Because of work I ended up picking up the next day.As I arrived back to the centre, one of the sales/service reps had asked me if I was called regarding something. At the time I thought it was the call to pick up the ruckus. The person who signed me in the previous day came out and discussed what was done with my ruckus. He explained to me that I made a mistake and saw the mileage was wrong and wasn't due for a maintenance check. To my knowledge, everyone in the shop knew about it and did not inform me. Had they informed me I would have still done a basic oil change and been a long life customer. I still took responsibility and still paid the $230 on my ruckus that did not need any servicing.The sale rep said he would give me a discount and seconds later no discounts were applied to the original amount.Furthermore, my ruckus was park in a center of a small circle, surrounded by many other vehicles, I was forced to try to retrieve my ruckus by myself as no one helped me. My keys were not returned until I asked.I sent a email about feedback I had and discussion with the company. 2 weeks has gone by and no reply.In conclusion, an auto-shop that looks after their customers is a positive one. With this poor maintenance service, they have shown me what's their work culture is all about and I will not be returning.If you need a Honda motor vehicle, its not bad to buy it from them, but maintenance I would go somewhere else.

Service guy was so pleasant and goodhearted that he didn’t even charge me to align my handlebar!! Also Cary is super helpful with the honda bike i was interested in.. Oh plus Duncan is the sweetest caring general manager who extended his services to give me moral support~to a new customer to ease me into getting used to my new bike! Love ‘em!! Hope they stay this friendly so i wont go to another dealership just coz of their kindness alone!

Amazing dealership, Galen and Nicole are the first amazing people you will encounter, Kaaveh in service, and fantastic showroom and staff. The little secret is upstairs, Ben will take care of you with his expertise in parts. Noreen will help get you accessorized. The team of technicians are among the best in the city! The Honda Centre is the most impressive Honda Motorcycle dealership in the city!! Thank you all for your service!

Wow. Overpriced for servicing our Ruckus. They charged $276 to clean the carburetor, a new one would have cost $60 on Amazon (granted not a Honda). We picked it up with a ‘stuck on’ brake light, the spare key we asked for wasn’t ordered as we also requested and the brakes weren’t done also as requested. Essentially we paid over $1000 to have the fluids changed. Find another shop for your Honda repairs.

I’ve had previous good experiences with this shop. However, I am part owner of a ruckus and part of paying for the lack of repairs this shop just did on it. $1000 to change fluids and absolute disregard for a laundry list of things that actually need to be done such as brakes, simply ordering a key…I would not recommend this shop.

Owners were excellent to deal with, gave me a good discount on the extra fees plus a discount on parts. Then, to top it off, they had my new motorcycle delivered to my house on a trailer. For free.I highly recommend Honda Centre to anyone buying anything Honda (except cars).

Just bought a used CRF250 from Honda Centre. The experience has been amazing.Worked with Logan in Sales and he was a great help to me and helped me pick the best bike of two used CRF250 options.But I have to call out the Incredible quality service experience. I want to thank Service Manager Diego for helping me yesterday get my bike ready for the trails!!!Should be riding this weekend, if the snow is not too heavy.Check out my new Dunlop 606 tires, as compared to the original road tires.

Duncan helped me find tires for my old 84 honda. He went above and beyond to find a size that fits. Great service

I Went there last year to pick up breaks so I could install them on my bike. Upon paying for them the lady was extremely rude. She insulted me with her rude opinion of my profession and put me down. Horrible customer service and maybe she should keep her thoughts to herself if she's going to continue to put down paying costumers. Pure trash.
