Thanks John for your persistent and seemingly effortless devotion to solving my problems. As you know I had engaged the services of another company prior to your coming to my rescue. It had come to a point where the 1st roller blind company was ready to back out without resolving the problems with my 24 large motorized roller blinds. Why I am so impressed with the service you provide, you simply arrived and went about solving problems, after ordering parts you returned to finish the job and I ended up with my blind systems all functioning as they should. Some required reprogramming and you did that as well as a main exit switch to control all the blinds. Simply I'm tickled. You are a true professional and came in well within the same fee that the 1st company charged me while not solving my problems.It's hard to find true professionals who simply do their job without a fuss and not overcharging.
