One of my best experiences with a medicalprofessional.Dr Khetani is a brilliant, skilled and effective surgeon/doctor. He is clear at diagnosing and effective when practising his medicine & surgical work. I had no issues with his practise and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.I was referred to Dr Khetani for a septoplasty and just had one visit with him before my surgery. Although I had to wait almost 2 years for the surgery, when it came time to it, his cool “I got this” attitude assured me that he was the perfect candidate to perform the operation.Thank you Dr Khetani and your team for fixing my deviated septum.

Dr. Khetani is BY FAR THE BEST ENT you will EVER SEE. I was taken care off from day 1, he showed interest in my issue with my Nose that I was having. I've been having issues for 10+ years and no Doctor was wanting to help/listen. It took until Dr. Khetani to help me. I had to do a Septoplasty + massive clean up and it all went well thankfullyPlease do yourself a favour and ONLY go to him. Not only listens to my concerns but knows what hes doing and is very friendly and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr. Khetani is an amazing professional Surgeon who is excellent in his craft. He really deserves more than 5 stars. I felt at ease from my very first visit. He was patient, knowledgeable and personable during my first consult. I had many many questions and he put my fears to rest. One of my best experiences with a medical professional. I saw how passionate he is about his profession which made me feel confident to go ahead with surgery. The surgical team was fantastic. I got my life back and I feel amazing post surgery.

Dr. Justin Khetani is an amazing surgeon with a comforting bedside manner equal to his extensive education and experience. He removed a large nasal inverted papilloma 10 years ago and followed up annually to ensure it did not regrow. My life changed for the better for having met this man. Tom M.

At first meet with Dr Khetani he gives you real answers on the outcome of my surgery. Not beating around the bush. I had my septum corrected. I have never been under anesthesia and I have a great fear of claustrophobia. He took the time to explain and helpme get threw the surgery and days after that. Always checking in viaphone. After the surgery and Icompletely healed, my life changedand I was no longer a mouthbreather. My workouts andsleeping changed for the better. I've had issues with my sinuses all my life, the last 3 years it was to a point I couldn't ignore any longer. Had surgery almost 2 weeks ago. I had my adenoids removed, sinuses were widened and deviated septum was corrected. So far so good. I got my tubes out and finally I'm able to breathe more than I ever knew I could. Dr. Khetani is great! He made me feel comfortable going in for surgery and answered all my questions. Can't say I would recommend the surgery for everyone, it was a very painful recovery but I also couldn't be happier now.Thank you Dr. Khetani for all the work you did. I have seen many doctors over my 30ish years, no one has said anything, or advised doing anything to correct my nose. It is more life changing than I thought.

PHYSICIAN MISCONDUCT.Will be contacting the College of Physicians (CPSO).Should be 0 stars, or negative 5..I went in today to see Dr. Khetani for my nose, I've been having some difficulty breathing as well as a noticeable structural abnormality to my nose. This 'doctor' saw me and immediately looked at me and said your nose is all messed up man

If I could give a zero I would. Had to reschedule an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Hugh and was given an appointment 2 months later. The week of the appointment, they delayed her appointment because Dr. Hugh was called in for surgery... fine. No telephone reminders are given and I call the day before and the day of the appointment to verify the appointment. Phone call is never picked up and sent to voicemail, the voicemail says they are closed on Mondays and Fridays so we end up missing the appointment. Now we have to wait until August for another appointment. They don't keep a cancellation list. This clinic, especially the administrative assistants, need to do better. Do your jobs, pick up the phone.

God bless Dr. Khetani and Johann Pinto (audiologist) for recently treating my daughter with urgency, care and compassion when she had been dismissed by so many Drs. for her recurrent ear infections (9 within a year). Dr. Khetani listened to my concerns and acted in a prompt manner. He was professional upon our first meeting, very informative and I knew I could trust him to perform surgery on my baby girl who is only 2 1/2 years old. As a mother this means the world. I felt like I was in good hands from our first encounter right through until the surgery was complete. His care for his patients does not end at surgery, but continues as he will be monitoring my daughter for the next two years. I wish every Dr. was as compassionate as Dr. Khetani. Dr. Khetani completed a septo and rhinoplasty on my nose due to a traumatic break that occured in my past. The number one goal was to fix my breathing and the second goal was to straighten out my nose to the best of his ability. I am so thankful for the work he did, as I can breathe so much better and as an added bonus, my nose is much straighter.Throughout each appointment Dr. Khetani was straight-forward, comforting, knowledgeable and confident. He promptly answered all of my questions and concerns, easing my fears both before and after the surgery. Coming from someone who is petrified and disgusted by most things medical, I highly recommend Dr. Khetani.
