Very poor customer service. First time, I had to call agent twice to get the quote. Second time when I wanted to change something, I have been calling them multiple times with no answer and response.

I saw this agency while driving and instantly I checked their reviews that were five stars. I decided to check in and got the cheapest ticket. I was calling so many agents to book my ticket but they were selling it at very high cost. But i got almost 600-700$ cheaper ticket here for round way to India. Even the payment method was very easy. I paid it in two instalments. Rajvir was so polite and explained me everything very calmly. I am very satisfied from her service.

Once you book the ticket after that they don’t really care about you. I wanted to change the date of my return but they said no ticket is available for the whole next month. Really bad service

I previously booked the tickets with Rajvir when she had previous company. I got really really good price ($ few hundred difference) as compared to what was offered online or by other travel agencies. The way they treat customers is very satisfactory. I dealt with Rajvir and Suman this time. I highly recommend Rajvir and Deol travel for all the travel needs.
