TriCity is now my go to place for the parts I need. So glad I stopped in to see what the store was all about. Other places are minimum order, only online orders balogna. If I ask they have it or can get within the day.Nice people who know their stuff. And they work with you on possible solutions. A1+.

So the bearings in my Samsung Washer died (5year old machine). I ordered relacements from Amazon and got to tyebtask of disasembling the washer (see pic below). The down side is that you trust that the bearings would be correct from Amazon……. Never again! So I looked up “bearings near me” and in about 3 minutes was speaking with Andrew. He’s pleasant, happy to help me out, offered some suggestions and pitfalls that he’s seen with washing machines and above all that, he had the bearings I need, in stock, and for less than I spent on Amazon. It is rare to find this kind of service in today’s world. And while Amazon may be tempting, in future I am and would encourage you to support great businesses like TriCity Bearings.
