Slowest Starbucks ever! But the staff is always nice. It’s just frustrating to wait 40 min for a drink. They are slow inside and dry thru. Maybe they are understaffed. But again, nice people

Most of the staff are super friendly, go frequently enough and they will remember your order, name and other details. Special shoutout to Juan for excellent customer service, you can tell that staff are happy and productive when he's around.

I recently visited Starbucks, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello from the barista. The ambiance was perfect, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee was delightful.I ordered a latte and was impressed with the barista's attention to detail. They carefully crafted my latte, and it was not only beautifully presented but tasted delicious. The quality of the coffee was evident, and I appreciated the effort that went into making my drink just right.What stood out to me the most was the level of customer service I received. The barista went out of their way to ensure my experience was exceptional. They even took the time to ask how my day was going and make some friendly conversation. It made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks for their excellent coffee and exceptional customer service.Thank you for providing a fantastic experience and making my day a little brighter.

Always the slowest Starbucks around. Mornings are typically busy at a coffee shop yet they always have the slowest people working. I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I get to the cash they tell me it’s another 25 minute wait. It’s always like this. I would recommend going to a different location.

Maybe consider looking at the names of orders and if someone tells you it’s not their name or order don’t tell them it’s right and tell them to take it and move on when it’s clearly not their name on it that matches the second item in the order. No excuse there even if it is busy. Look at the name. So sick of ordering online and not getting what I pay for even when I go to pick it up. The staff are friendly and is the best thing about this location.

The 1 star is only for the fact that the drinks are made well, but if i could give a proper rating it would be 0, this starbucks has the absolute longest drivethru wait you will ever experience. You would be better off driving to Ottawa and back. I waited 15 minutes this morning when there was only 3 cars in line, they take one order and don’t take another until they have handed that order at the window. I have been to other locations that had much longer drivethru lines and it took at the most 10 minutes with 10 plus cars.If you want your drink fast make sure it’s just a regular coffee/tea because if they have to make any sort of drink it will take forever. The staff is polite but slow at making your order. If you want to waste minimum 20 minutes waiting for your drink go here, if not drive to Gatineau or Ottawa, you’ll be back home before you would get to the window here.

Management needs to change. Having frequented most Ottawa/Gatineau locations plus being a former Starbucks employee, it’s painful to watch the lack of organization and lack of employee haste across the board, even when it is clearly peak times.

One of the slowest Starbucks around. I ordered my drink, was able to walk over to A&W, get my food, eat it, walk back, and still have to wait an additional 15 minutes before my drink was ready. A total of 40 minute wait for a drink. I don't understand the issue, as they have quite competent people working, who are moving as quickly as possible, but yet, the wait is still extremely long. Maybe they need a designated person for frap and drinks, one for hot drinks, two for drive thru, one for inside cash, one for food, and one for everything else. Not sure, but this is definitely not my first time here waiting a long time for a drink. This recent experience was the worst though. So recommend going somewhere else and avoiding this Starbucks all together unless you have 40 minutes to kill while waiting for a drink.

You’ll wait 45 minutes in the drive thru for the worst tasting coffee. I asked them to remake all of my coffees and they were even worse the second time around. The baristas definitely need more training.
