Really great service, they made sure everything was in working order and got it done super fast! Awesome business

I can't comment on the services provided as I've never had the opportunity to use them, but I think their GMC grill wall art is top notch!

Very clean shop. The manager was very helpful. Although they couldn’t perform the service on my car that day, they referred me to another place that helped us out.

They took us in with minutes to spare before closing and helped figure out what was wrong with our break lights. Super patient with our lack of knowledge and just great work all around!

Called Monday and booked a repair for a slow tire leak in my car. I booked for Wednesday and they had a cancellation and gave me a call Tuesday. What a nice courtesy. Tire was repaired quickly and staff were friendly. On Thursday, I took my truck to the CSN auto body shop, and thought I didn’t have enough coffee because I was greeted my the same fellow from OK Tire. Great service again (he even remembered to ask how the car was going and if the tire was hold air), and a estimate was provided quickly for a paint repair on our truck. Good local business!

Awesome Service, my car broke a wheel spacer and I didn't have time to diagnose the issue. I called and they were honest about how busy they were that day and still allowed me to drop off my car on Thursday, I was able to get it back on the Friday after they diagnosed my cheap spacer problem! Thank you to all staff that helped me, I really appreciate your service.FYI Don't be like me and buy a cheap set of spacers off eBay, better to go with a quality brand, I have learned my lesson.

Our truck needed work done before Christmas and Jaimi and her crew not only did a fantastic job but they were willing to do it the very next day. Also cheaper than other shops I called. Great job guys and thanks for saving me some money.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this location!Unfortunately both mine and my husband's jobs have unpredictable schedules so it is hard to plan anything, and they were so accommodating. 2 times i called and asked if they could get my truck in with less than a business day's notice, and both times they did! The first time was for a diagnosis/inspection to find out what was wrong. The issue was a lot more expensive than I initially hoped it would be, but they told us they would waive the inspection/diagnostic fee if we get the repair done asap. I then booked the truck in to get repaired with very little notice, and again they were super accommodating.It was done a lot quicker than we thought, which was great, and Jamie even managed to get my bill down almost $400 lower than the original quoted repair price! That's so awesome.We really appreciate the service OK Tire, we'll be back!
