Worst and rediculous pizza I have ever had in canada. If there was I would give negative starts to this location . Worst customer service .I ordered gluten free pizza for the first time and told the location abt it . When I opened the pizza after coming home , the pizza was sticked to the foil and it was a whole pizza . They dint even cut it and it was uncooked .I called the store about it and they mentioned it’s Pizza Hut policy to not cut the pizza. This is so strange . How can someone eat non cut pizza which is sticked with the foil plate in the box and is uncooked . They first refused doing anything . Asked for manager ,spoke to the manager and he said we don’t cut the pizza. When asked abt the managers name , the guy said there is no manager here .So basically they faked being the manager when asked the name and was making the customer fool and others were laughing at the back because I could hear it .I asked for refund and new pizza to be delivered. Got the new pizza but it was still not good and was uncooked .Be ready to be mentally disturbed if u want to order from here because they won’t accept their mistake .

Worst pizza. Make sure you check the pizza before you leave the store. Order butter chicken pizza and Veggie lover and on entire medium pizza there was 5 pieces of chicken. Half of the slices were literally cheese pizza because no topping/chicken and no sauce at all. When called instead of apologizing asked me to send photos of pizza on email. Here are photos for everyone.

They treat Uber deliveries differently to in person order. Under cooked and very stingy on toppings. Called the store and told since I ordered from third party to deal with them. Definitely not ordering from them anymore. Will definitely rate it ZERO

Please check your pizza before leaving the store.I ordered pizza via website.I am allergic to onions but the website did not allow me to remove onions while ordering online.Thus, I called the restaurant specifically to exclude onions, to which the representative agreed. In my personal details I mentioned my last name as 'No Onions' so the pizza maker doesn't add onions.When I picked up the pizza, I found out in the store itself that my pizza had onions. I wanted to ask for a refund but store made another pizza without asking me and I had to wait 15 minutes because the store couldn't make my order accurately. I asked if there was a way they could make up for mistake. But the store staff/manager denied abruptly & rudely.In all there were 2 warnings to exclude onions:1. A phone call.2. Mentioning 'No Onions' as last name.Apparently these 2 warnings were not enough and the customer was not provided with any resolution. There are no other pizza hut outlets nearby in this locality which forced me to order from this location.

Pizza Hut used to be the best 20 some years ago. I order it just to feel the nostalgia once again. The smell of the pizza is great but that’s just it. The taste has gotten worst over the years! It’s like eating raw, warm dough with pizza sauce all over it. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the game day meal for $36.99. I didn’t know I would get crust instead of pizza! I mean I like the crust but c’mon! I’ve still yet to find a Pizza Hut that upholds my standards of what was once a great Pizza… Hut!

Could do better, ordered 74$ worth 3 medium and 1 large pizza all 4 pizza was stuffed in the edges for cheese payed extra 14$ for the stuffed cheese on all 4 pizza , the dough on the edges was raw and uncooked, the pizza needed more time in the oven then rushing the order out of the door. Such an embarrassment in front of the guest ended ordering from another restaurant.

As a loyal fan of Pizza Hut, I must say that the local Pizza Hut offering takeout only has been a constant source of disappointment. Despite the delicious taste of their pizzas, the rude behavior and consistent mistakes have made it impossible to have a good experience.The customer service at this Pizza Hut is the worst I have ever encountered. The staff members are impolite and unhelpful, and the manager is even worse. They seem to enjoy arguing and fighting with customers, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. It's hard to enjoy a delicious pizza when you're being treated so poorly.Even the simplest requests like asking for extra napkins or disposable plates are met with excuses and new stories each time. It's frustrating to deal with the same problems over and over again, especially when it could be easily solved with a little bit of effort.Despite the fact that Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza, I cannot recommend this particular store. The rude behavior and consistent mistakes make it impossible to have a positive experience. If you are looking for good customer service and a hassle-free experience, this is not the place to go.

I ordered a triple treat box today and reiterated each item twice to persuade the order taker who hardly got my conversation about what I needed for it. When the order was ready when it was not properly packed even those put toppings wrongful on my pizza and mismatched my order. I was so disappointed and remorseful to waste money which I deserved to get food.I want to bring up the matter to the public so other customers know the pain of order of food before repent themselves.
