Very fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Owner brought their well maintained flatbed truck out to tow our minivan after our vehicle died on the Yellowhead, leaving us stuck in the industrial area with our kids. He was very knowledgeable and gave us trusted recommendations on a good shop. Glad I already know who I'm going to call the next time I need roadside assistance!

So...called Strathcona County Roadside Towing by chance as they were open 24 hours...good convenience for a tow service - some were closed...anyway...ride wouldn't start...called at 5 am...super nice guy on the phone...the tow was there within the hour...ride needed a boost as the lights were left on all night...the guy was great...super friendly and got the ride started and good to go...will totally recommend...thank you!!

Amazing. Locked both sets of my keys in my vehicle during the middle of a very snowy and busy day. Called and the man was super helpful and quick to the point, and thankfully was nearby and quickly came to assist me within 15 minutes instead of the estimated 4 hours it would have been if he wasn’t nearby! Quickly got the job done as well and allowed me to actually make it to work at a decent time. Hopefully won’t need the service again but I know who I’ll call if I do!

I rarely have called for a tow and did not know what to expect when I called this company yesterday for help. I needed a tow out of a muddy and wet ditch and I was not disappointed when it was pulled out safely.Thanks Jeff for your exceptional customer service as well as your professionalism. I would highly recommend this company if you don’t know who to call.

I was in an accident and they were very quick to come get my vehicle out of the way. Very good service and the driver was professional and friendly.However it was a 270$ waste of money because I made an error. For those of you that don’t know if you are in an accident in Edmonton you have to have your vehicle towed to a reporting center not to a mechanic or towing yard. I didn’t know this and had to have it towed all over again. The police were surprised the tow truck driver didn’t know that. No accident responders mentioned it, insurance didn’t mention it. I was surprised that the police just expected any of us to just magically know this.I was so fortunate that these guys heard about my mistake and contacted me. Then went out of their way to learn what the new process was.They came and picked up my vehicle and helped me get through the new process correctly.I will never call anyone else for my towing needs.
