Go here in the summer for family days. Fun for the kids to see the horses. The races are short distance. There is food and drinks. Lots of places to sit or you can stand by the race track. Bet a few dollars for fun. It’s a good experience.

I love going to this place. It's much different than you may have remembered the track if you have been in Ajax for a while. When I was a kid it was just a few huts around a track. This place is a world class venue now with beautiful grandstands and big screen TVs in the middle of the track. I thought it was pretty exciting. I also don't go to many tracks so maybe I am off on what a track is these days.

Bad place to gamble since bad MOODYS has closed. The patrons that have migrated from Moody's are rude and constantly using profanities and the staff do nothing but talk to them and say not to do it again, and the same day the rudeness and profanities start back again. The 5 star reviews are from 4 years ago before Moodys closed. And anybody with more reviews thanAjax Downs has never been there and just trying to get money by rating your place this is a real review

Nice little Race Track from what I saw but the races were off that day. I checked the off track room instead for a quick one. Will most likely return one day when the live races are on to see what it’s all about.
