Just had my summer tires put on by a friend and when he opened the bags that waynes tires had put on, one of my tires apparently had a screw in them that waynes tires didn't tell me about.. find it a but strange you don't tell a customer they have a hole in their tires you're taking off ??

Thank you for the speedy professional after hours roadside service I experienced recently on a Saturday evening. From experiencing the flat on a loaded dump trailer, making some calls, dismount and mount a tire by hand on the ground and back on the road again, we only lost 1.5 hrs on our remaining 3.5 hr journey home. Kudos to your team. Much appreciated.

I had a blown valve stem on my motorcycle. It’s was the start of my vacation. They couldn’t fix it but they gave me 2 new valves and wouldn’t take any money for it. I ended up doing it myself but they saved me from going around finding the part I needed. Thanks guys

Had my air conditioning fixed in the summer they did an amazing job, great price and friendly staff. They are always welcoming and easy to talk to. Me and my puppy love the nice cold air and really appreciate everything they did to get us in in such a busy summer. Great job

My husband and I were on our way to Orillia this morning with a trailer, we made it as far as Gravenhurst when we got an alert that the passenger side, back tire was loosing presssure. We pulled over to the side of the road and checked the tire....sure enough...almost flat. My husband called this business for help. They didn't hesitate to come help us....they brought a tire, and went to work removing the flat tire and putting the new one on. The 2 young men that came to help were very polite and helpful. After all was fixed we went to the shop to pay the bill. The ladies working were very nice....actually they were hilarious. Thank you so much for all the help and awesome customer service!

A few weeks ago, my wife and I were traveling with my son on break from Toronto and we got a flat tire. They were very kind and patient with us over the phone. When we got there, they were very courteous, quickly changed our tire, and the price was very reasonable too. They also placed the spare back under the trunk - which was beneath a whole lot of luggage - so we were especially grateful for that!

Wayne, Brad and the guys have always treated me great with awesome service and great pricing. They helped with the finishing touches on my last project and soon will turn my next truck into an eye catcher with a go anywhere attitude. You can't go wrong here.

Wayne’s tire was amazing! I got a flat and they came to my work in the rain and patched it enough so I could drive to them and they fixed it immediately after work! All the staff I dealt with were so friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend and if you ever find yourself in a flat-tire emergency, they are the go-to!

I will NEVER darken the doorstep of this place ever again! I took my vehicle in there for a slow leak on a tire. The tech checked the tire and said the valve stem was bad so he replaced it and away I went. I’ve spent the last month or so continually adding air to the same tire. Took it back in and the tech brought it out saying it was no good anymore? The inner bead was torn and a chunk taken out of it. The tires were manufactured in 2018 but were just installed in the fall of 2021, they are BRAND NEW. They have always been stored indoors before installation. I was told that the tire is old and the rubber is dried out and there is nothing they can do for me. They put a used tire on that doesn’t even match what I had on but at least it kept me mobile and sent me on my way. I have taken the tire to a tire shop that knows me and they agree there’s nothing wrong with my tire, that the inner bead was ripped and chunked by the tech using the machine at Wayne’s. To be fair I took the tire to an independent tire shop that doesn’t know me and they agreed the damage was caused by Wayne’s tech using the bead breaker.My opinion is : if my tire gets damaged by your people or your equipment, come clean! Admit it, and replace it! Don’t argue with me and tell me the rubber is dried out!Similar thing happened to my best friend this fall, Wayne’s tire installed 4 tires on his vehicle, 2 weeks later he took his vehicle to someone else and had to have all the tires reinstalled because they were leaking and were not installed properly. He never went back and told Wayne!Went to Wayne’s because they are local and convenient, but definitely won’t go back!
