The cashier (a young woman with dark hair) is always vaping at the till and scrolling on her cell phone the whole time. Not a great first impression. But after the manager was really helpful and gave me a discount. It’s just not a great first thing to see when you walk in.

To the average person this place looks nice. But to someone who knows what actually good quality care looks like. This place does not meet the mark. Skeletons in multiple fish tanks, tanks with not enough water, reptiles with health conditions and much more. Most of the rodents aren’t even labelled correctly. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Staff is always very friendly. Customer service is pretty great, too. I didn't have my receipt to return something but the girl remembered me so it was all good.

Lots of pet supplies. Great fish selection. Would give 5 star except we went in 10 minutes before close to grab something and the young lady staff members didn't want to help us us cause they were closing soon""

a fine store with okay prices but i'm deeply reminded of how horribly pets are treated by humans and seeing animals in the tiny cages at pet stores is a great way to show that its the norm". Hamsters

the staff are so friendly, they even recognize me because of how many times I go there for fish supplies. I got 2 pearl gouramis from them and named them ducky and rooster, they've been great friends for my other pearl gourami, chicken. I also love how they have a paper next to the bettas that tells new fish keepers that bettas won't be happy in bowls and require at least 5 gallons to be truly happy. i do wish they had a better selection of betta fish, but how friendly the staff are makes up for that!

Always very cheerful and helpful staff, management does a good job selecting new hires. Staff always does the best job possible helping customers. Shelves usually nicely stocked and prices are fairly competitive. Decent supply of reptile accessories.
