A reckless Cintas employee nearly ran over my husband at a well-lit intersection this evening. It would appear from other reviews that this is not the first time Cintas and it’s employees have shown little-to-no regard for public safety. Provide your employees with traffic safety courses, and take appropriate remedial action for the unsafe drivers you employ — before someone is seriously injured.

We love working with Cintas! Dale, our rep is great! He always helps us get what we need, and have everything stocked up without fail. On longeeekends he asks about our linen and jacket levels so we can adjust it by the week!

They have we some good reps and some bad reps but the mgmt is a disgrace. If you don’t believe me just ask around on how they treat their customers who end the agreements. Bullying is common and they come in and pulled out products weeks before the agreement ended leaving us with nothing. I hear this is common as well. Better choices out there.

ALWAYS amazing service from the Cintas associates! I have had the pleasure of seeing both Tom and Katrina and am very appreciative of their warm greetings, friendly smiles, and excellent and efficient service. Tom is our regular rep and always remembers my name and that of my coworkers, even when I see him in the grocery store without my uniform on! These two are incredible assets to the company and deserve recognition for their top notch service. You guys rock!
