I'm a frontline worker at Kerry's Place that had to deal with him a few times and I found Dr. Chan to be a very cold man. The way he looks down at group home workers is very hurtful and sad. You don't even feel like you're human after being talked to by him. And then people wonder why turnover is so high in group homes and why there's a major staffing shortage.

Such a disrespectful man. I worked at a group home where the clients were under his care. Dealing with him was appalling. You’re made to feel worthless by him. Hey Dr. Chan, maybe if people in high ranking positions like yours actually treated group home workers with some respect and dignity, the group home field wouldn’t have the staffing crisis that it has today. Just a thought.Your job is to help people in group home settings living with special needs but you’re literally harming them by driving staff out of the field with your obnoxious disrespect.
