I was there for over a decade and had to leave because of my service with Diane. I am also the 3rd person I know who has left under Diane’s care. This renewal was a nightmare, so many hidden fees & cost increases from things she had missed earlier, a form I had to pay out of pocket for because their system was down which was then useless, feeling coerced into certain policies, asking her to stop calling me so I could have our interactions in writing since they were so confusing … the list goes on. I went somewhere else and they helped me instantly!!

Paul Atkins is the best! He actually returns phone calls, and he'll even come in person. (I don't know who this James Lafferty person is - and I'm sorry for his experience, but he obviously talking about a different insurance company!)

I have been a client of Bunnell Hitchon Insurance since I first started driving in the mid 80s. I have always found their service to be first class. Whenever I have a question or need to make a policy change they are always there to help. Calls and emails are always returned quickly. Recommended!

As a real estate investor, it can be difficult to find affordable insurance, especially vacancy insurance while you are working on a project. The insurance company I have all of my rental properties could not even touch the coverage or price that Bunnell Hitchon could offer.I haven't even touched on the professional service that we received while dealing with them.Highly recommended for those investors out there!
