Excellent burgers. We ordered for 4 people although we were 2. Delicious! The ladies also brought us complimentary doughnuts out of the blue. Super attention to detail.

MARIA was very disrespectful! A lady in my group needed to use the washroom and she didn't allow her because she didn't pay for MY order when I had paid for the both us.... Then continued to be disrespectful in her native tongue, which my friend was able to understand.... To be very honest she doesn't deserve a job let alone a customer facing role... This type of disrespect is unaccpeptable and should not be tolerated; a compete liability to this food chain.... Worst experience ever.... screw you Maria

Big Smoke Burger
I got the craft poutine and I must say it was soo delicious and filling! I needed to eat it in two seatings for the Large. Plus!!!! The staff was very polite with a clean establishment. My friend and I dined in, while eating the owner gifted us both specialty donuts just because! Wow, it was simply amazing food and service.

For what you see in the picture came to just over $40... $20/combo seems like a bit much for this amount of food. One tomato? Literally one piece of lettuce...The patty was pretty big and made fresh to order, though. Cool to try once but not craveable.

Best burger place in Downtown Toronto! The lady with a blonde hair who took care of us was very nice and sweet! Excellent service and very good food, highly recommended!
