I don't like to leave bad reviews but pregnant people deserve upmost prenatal care. My first appointment she refered to me as a viral bug I had rather than my name. My last appointment she seemed more concerned to leave for her vacation.Appointments were rushed. Concerns were brushed off. She is friendly enough but not personable. I had heard her complaining about patients several times while waiting for my appointment to begin. Since having my baby 6 weeks ago there has been no call for a follow up appointment.It was not the treatment I was hoping for during my last pregnancy, especially during a pandemic.

Always a great experience!

This is my second pregnancy under the care of Dr. Delisle and I can't say enough good about her. She is very knowledgeable, straightforward and to the point. only reason I can't give them five stars because it can be very hard to contact the office by phone at times.

Friendly staff that were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. All levels of staff that I delt with (reception, nurse, Dr. Craig) have excellent patient skills and made me feel at ease and comfortable during a process that is usually quite uncomfortable for me.

Waited 11 months for an appt (marked rush 6 weeks by referring doctor). After 11 months, I was told the doctor decided to send it to another doctor because she does not think its urgent" and "thinks" I will need surgery - without seeing me or my medical history!!!!! not urgent but needs surgery?? The nasty secretary refused to give me the name and contact number to the doctor they referred me to. What a shameful medical practice! This is what you get in Nova Scotia. Probably the doctors that barely passed their exams."

So fast, so amazing.

Dr. Delisle was my doctor for my second pregnancy. Both she and the staff in the clinic were amazing. Each visit I felt extremely welcomed, informed, and heard. She is a very knowledgeable woman (and hilarious). I can’t thank the staff enough for the care they provided both during my pregnancy and afterward.

Great staff. Great experience. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things to be honest. So happy my doctor referred me here :)

Secretary had a very sarcastic tone, she was unsympathetic and claimed rudely that no clinics have answering machines." Have been calling way over a week to confirm my appointment but could never get through due to them being "extremely busy." Waited months to get booked in and unfortunately lost my appointment due to this. As a clinic you should have an answering machine or at least more people answering the lines because it's unfair if someone cannot get through in order to confirm for appointments which are very important.I am very disspointed and upset at the system in place."
