Had to be schooled on which fasteners I needed and why. Sarah C. was extremely helpful and patient with me and helped me choose the types, style and size for what I needed. Price vs the big box stores is FAR less for the cost of the fasteners. Service was fast and accurate. Highly recommend! KS

I am extremely satisfied. I came in the store early today looking for a set of long bolts for a hitch on my truck. A very nice gentlemen helped me out, unfortunately I did not catch his name. Everyone in the store was super nice! I had to come back in to exchange the bolts for a different size and they gave me no problem whatsoever. You rock guys!

I went looking for a special sized bolt to repair a tee ball stand for my Grandsons. That is all I needed. I received the best 5 star service. The service person cleaned out the bolt area as it was rusty, retooled the grooves, and found the size of bolt and washer I needed to complete the job. I was a very small customer today, but I received first class customer service.Thank you for your help today!David

I was in there a little while ago looking to find a couple bolts for my motorcycle. I showed the guy the bolt and he enthusiastically made it his mission to go in the back and find exactly what I needed!The customer service here is top notch!

Need a quote on starter sets of assorted bolts.What a great experience. Not only did I get a next day response and quote but a follow up phone call to make my transaction as seamless as possible.Shout out to Taylor who answered all of my questions and helped me find the right products. I will 100% be a return customer.(FYI: The other companies I contacted have not even responded. My order with Bolts Plus will be picked and paid for. Their loss) :)

5 stars to Brian....I was there for a fastener that held the moose bumper on my semi; didn't even know what size it was, nor did I have any tools...A great person and a good human being..., he was ready to walk to the truck to take a look at it and got the right one...Anyways got the issue resolved here when a dozen other places didn't even want to help..

I had a problem finding a bolt for a light fixture. I went in there to see what I could do. I was blown away by how kind, helpful and generous the team there was. Phenomenal experience. I’m looking for ways I can come back to buy from there again. Can’t recommend them enough.

I went there ..one guy say hello and he ask me what you need I tell him whatever I need then I shop around ..after some time I just go to close customer service he say you doesn't wear mask he offers me a mask.. i can't understand that after 15 minutes he told me about the mask...qnd prizes are so high .I buy a bag of tie straps...they charge me 23$ ...i m from woodstock..i buy there 8$..,so I have bad experience with customer service and pricing. So I will never recommend this place.

The emphasis is on the +Plus. They have many specialty tools along with safety supplies. There is a wide selection of impact sockets, if they don’t have it they can get it within a week. Great service by the team, very patient and very knowledgeable.
