Krown Rust Control Ctr

I would like to warn people to not use Krown undercoating. I brought my car in for this service at the Cole Harbour location and my car was damaged by their product. I had a new custom paintjob using Plastidip (when you see cars with a flat/matte finish, it’s that) and they got their Krown product on every panel of my car except the roof. It ruined my paintjob entirely. It took SIX WEEKS for Robin, the business owner, to get in touch with me. I went to the place of business and called numerous times but he refused to even talk with me. He finally did call me after I spoke with Krown head office in Ontario. Then Robin proceeds to tell me fabrications that I was told it would ruin my car but I said to do it anyway. That makes no sense. He then told me it’s my own fault because I should have known (as a new client) their process of drilling holes in my car and basically covering my car in Krown product. This is the most unbelievable negative customer experience I have ever had. I am now out $1500 because of their terrible business practices. Do not use Krown services, if they do any damage they will not take any responsibility and lie to your face.

This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. They have the worst customer service I have every had, extremely rude.They would not accept coupons and straight up lied about price.Do not go here.
