Amazing experience renting E-bikes with them. The prices are affordable and the staff were friendly and understanding with all of our questions. Made sure we were comfortable with the bikes before we left. And they recommended trails for us to go! Will rent from them again in the future!

We were looking for a bicycle trailer to carry our little one and were referred to this shop. The price for 2 hour adult rent was around $25. We had some good time cycling around Banff town and Bow fall trail. If you could bring your own helmet and bike lock, please do so and avoid using theirs.

Although the service was faultless and very friendly, the ski equipment wasn’t the best and I’ve had better elsewhere.The process of getting skis and boots fitted was seamless and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, telling us where was best for each type of snow activity (alpine vs. cross country skiing). It was also very easy getting a hold of the equipment, them being happy to deliver it to our hotel and even pick it up once we were done with it.However, the equipment we had was not great. None of what we used came from big brands like Atomic, Rossignol or Salomon, and it was very difficult to carve through the snow on the fields. That is my only complaint, but it made the whole skiing experience a little less exhilarating than usual.They offer a range of hire services beyond skis, including fatbikes. Just a side note.

Just had an amazing experience with snowtips-bactrax here in banff! Was sized and served by Bridie yesterday for skiing today. They have a partnership agreement with the Rimrock hotel so they offer complimentary delivery of our ski equipment to the hote yesterday evening.Our ski plans got changed to tomorrow and they very graciously moved our rental up a day at no cost. I just had to drop the skis off and they will deliver them again this evening to the hotel. So convenient and accommodating!Bridie's service was exemplary, she recommended the ideal ski destination for us based on snow conditions and my family felt very welcomed and taken care of by her and the team here!Great service would definitely recommend!

Drew was awesome in getting our bikes back on the road after we damaged the wheels in a fender bender. He was extremely competent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Both other guys working there were great!

Very friendly staff and great customer service. We stopped by their shop to rent some ice walking cleats. Their prices were very reasonable and staff was very accommodating of our special requests.they have a store full of stuff to rent from mountain bikes to skis. They also had some used equipment for sale as well. Overall a perfect place to buy or rent your winter or summer gear.

It is a great place to rent outdoor sports equipment in Banff. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are very generous in providing tips and ideas about outdoor activities in the town. Their prices are decent. We rented ice cleats and bear spray from them. We were a couple of hours late upon returning the equipment and they have not added extra charges. Thanks!

I booked online and they charged me a convenient fee which I wasn't aware of. I am assuming I made a reservation when they first added using the third party and at that time they did not properly added this convenient fee" into checkout. I contacted them and told me they cannot refund which is shame. They should not charge people without their knowledge. Bad Experience !!!!My receipt clearly say total amount and there is no "convenient fee'" $0 deposit and total amount only ( when pick up)My bank refunded money and here you go 1 star for you! Hope it was worth it for your business!!"

I almost failed to return bike before they close for the day. I am from Calgary and didnt really want to drive back to Banff just to return the bike. I called them half an hour before closing, and they ageed to wait for me. That there is excellent customer service. Also bike was in great condition.
