Obie loves her visits here and they seem to like her and pay great attention to her. Services are quite well priced and they also have relationships with other animal health providers so they're a one stop shop pretty much with referrals made for physio as needed and I'm sure other services as well.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with a more exasperating vet clinic. The vets are competent but used scare tactics and speculation with my wife and they make basic things more complicated and expensive than necessary. I've personally found them to be unreasonably inflexible with their policies related to their methods of care and hours of operation.An easy example of this is them not having an opening for our dog but still completely refusing to help us by sending a basic fecal sample to a lab without doing another full vet check on a dog that's been seen by them within the past month. It's a blatant method they use to soak you for money rather than just working with you for the benefit of your dog.I went to another vet instead who took care of business. They're more expensive but well worth it.Save yourself the hassle and don't go with Cassells.

Been there for at least 12 years. never had bad experience the dogs enjoyed going there they were never afraid to go always well treated keep up the good work every one that's there

Vet did not even glance in my direction or say hello or introduce themselves when they came into the room. Vet asked odd questions, and at one point went into an angry rant. She rudely told me to wait in the waiting room (not even in the appointment room) while they were working on my dog in an unseen area, so that they could bring another client into the appointment room, and then later said, “never mind. You can stay where you are.” Another vet at the same practice didn’t call when we had a phone appointment booked. A lot of charges, and not much progress forward.

I give this animal clinic one star because who turns away a dog with two badly broken toes.More importantly a service dog. Yes they turn away my service dog Nefertiti as I was 20min late bringing her in . Because I got stuck in construction with a dog groaning in pain . The reason they gave because we dont want others to wait. Really! So you me turned away with a sick animal because you don't want anyone to wait. I have been there and you made me wait . So what's the big rush now that my dog have not one but two severely broken toes. Who does this type of cold hearted things only Cassell animals clinic .I did not beg,borrow or steal anything from the office manager and the first dump thing that came out of her mouth. We dont give away service for free. If the people and the dogs in your clinic knew that a dog was in pain from two broken toes. They would have given nefertiti their spot than made her suffer in pain.Listen I do not want anything from you to buy, steal or beg.Because the dogs that come to your clinic have more compassion and kindness. I thought you had some standard even if you don't know how to show compassion. . But I was wrong. This plant tells you what's on my mind.

I don't have enough words or gratitude to express how amazing this team is. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and far from pushy. They just want what is best for your pet. Their care and love for animals translates into their work. So grateful to have them as our vets for our fur babies!

My 12 week old pup developed abscesses in her neck, the vets and staff were fantastic, informative, friendly, seen her immediately, did surgery on their lunch hour for a reasonable price and answered all my inquiries afterwards via email within the hour...I could not have asked for anything more!! Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend Cassells Animal Hospital!

I gave this animal clinic one star because the dogs that they see would be a lot more compassionate and kind. Shamefully, they show their true colors before I turn over my service dog for them to do surgery on her on Thur. I was really lucky, God was on my side because they turned away my service dog who severely broke two of her toes on the top of her foot while running at university on Tue Sept 26. two days before her surgery with them. I was given an appointment for 9.30 to get her in to be seen .I was 20 mins late driving from Sudbury Ont through countless constructions and called a half hour prior to let them know that I am trapped in traffic with a dog crying and groaning in pain. But they told me that I should not bother to come in because I will impede on someone's time. Really!!! Yes !! dont bring in a service dog with two badly broken toes and in severe pain. I was floored because the dogs would have given up their spots. I have been to this clinic before and they made me wait . However, I took the dog anyway and they turned us away. Yes ! turned me away because other clients will have to wait they said you were twenty mins late" I was coming from Sudbury with a crying dog that could not put her foot on the ground .
