This is the most welcoming and cooperative Tim Hortons I have been at on my side of Canada. The staff here are beyond accommodating and go the extra mile to make everyone feel inclusive, like you're walking into a family members house, with a good cup of coffee waiting to be shared amongst good company. These people are dedicated, work hard, and don't just slap ingredients together to get it out the window faster. They take their time prepping food, and yes, may be more time consuming, but they are efficient and accurate. If Tim's needed an exemplary Tim's this place is it.

This Timmies has a lot of young staff, who try very hard to provide good service which is a pleasant change. Only blip was the lack of knives available though the young lady very apologetic. Luckily the butter was soft enough to allow a spoon to be useful.

Ordered The chicken bacon tomato bowl. They clarified grilled chicken vs crispy. At window they thought wrap not bowl?!?? What did I get: insides of wrap dumped in bowl???? Chicken whole piece of lettuce 2 small stops of bacon, 2 slices tomato and ranch dressing. Disguising! Called the store to be told they don’t have the memo re bowls???? They are on the menu??? Stick to coffee and donuts!!

I just ordered Tim’s from Ubereats, and my bagel, which I ordered toasted with butter….. can disassembled. It wasn’t cut, wasn’t toasted, and the butter can in packets on the side. What the *}*]^# does your team expect someone to do with this if they don’t have access to a kitchen. Eat it uncooked? This location has the laziest staff I’ve ever encountered:

Worst Tim Hortons! Every time I go through drive through, they mess up my order.A couple of nights ago, I ordered a cilantro lime chicken wrap with grilled chicken. They gave me a wrap with habernaro and crispy chicken that was so dried out, I couldn’t swallow it. They told me my card didn’t go through, so I paid cash. I went home, and checked my credit card. It had been charged, so I paid for my order twice. I went back to Tim Hortons and asked them to exchange the wrap for the cilantro lime chicken wrap with grilled chicken, and asked them to credit my card. Only drive through was open. The girl got really angry with me, and told me to leave. Went back in person today - and they told me I was scamming them. I WON’T ever go back to this location!

i recommend any other tim hortons in airdrie if you aren’t ordering a DD.Ordered a vanilla coldbrew with extra vanilla (which i get everyday) and it tasted like the bottom of the regular coffee pots. Disappointed every-time, last time i give them a chance!

I have been using this location consistently for a few years and I'm always greeted with smiles and happy people. Its really a great atmosphere and of course the coffee is always top notch.

Mixed feelings as I got a dog timbit and the staff were friendly. But, the drive thru garbages had not been cleaned in some time and were unsightly and one of our drinks was not what I would call full" (refer to photo)."

Mostly a bad experience over here. But this time it was worse i ordered a coffee through the mobile app for the drive thru and when i went over there an employee asked me to come inside the store for a coffee but i refused and then she made me wait a lot of time at the drive thru nobody was ahead me and guess what after a long wait she didn't added sugar in my coffee which i added to my order. And all of this was not for the first time.

I would rather drive to the TimHortons 2 miles away than deal here, the whole place is filthy including the drive through window ledge. The Asian workers are lazy and rude!! They get the orders wrong, can’t understand English and make the whole experience intolerable.
