Just had my foundation done for the house and detached garage. And Todd and his crew are very professional and there work is fantastic. They coordinated everything from even the basement stone and weepers and delta rap.Don’t hesitate to use these guys. I am from the city and moving north so I know how tuff it is to find good trades. Job well done guys thanks.

I have been reaching out to Todd’s for a quote on a garden suite foundation since November. I have been told time and again that there is a backlog and they will get around to my quote.It’s now been over 2 months and when I call the lady answering the phone sounds flustered and rushed like she doesn’t have time.I don’t care how busy you are and in demand your services might be, it’s no way to treat a customer.I would not recommend Todd’s based on this lack of professionalism. I’m sure they might do good work but good luck getting to that point! Getting a quote is like pulling teeth.

Todd’s Concrete did a fantastic job on site. They completed footings, form and out of foundation and drainage complete and on time. Our framing crew could not believe the quality and accuracy of the work performed by Todd’s. Todds Concrete Forming recently completed a full foundation job for one of my new builds. From the start of forming footings to the stripping of foundation wall forms and water proofing and everything in between, they have exceeded my expectations in their professionalism, good workmanship and most importantly their honesty.They provided an accurate quote, showed up when they said they would and were always in communication with me. Todd and his crew started the job on time, and got it done early. This allowed me to start my project weeks ahead of schedule during a difficult time . They did this without compromising quality. My builder and I were very happy with the final product. They were extra responsive with any questions we had. A great job overall.
