Super nice staff! Even with all covid situation, no waiting, super organized, clean, everyone with PPE and the price was at the similar value as other dental clinics. I took my 5 yo daughter with me, they treated her like a princess. She ended up the appointment saying that she wants to be a dentist when she grow up :)

I am really grateful to Dr. Sacoransky for saving me from months of terrible toothache. Before going to him, I had been to two other dentists who couldn’t find the cause of the problem, but made me have a root canal redone on a tooth that had nothing to do with the pain. They made good use of my insurance plan; however, the toothache had only gotten worse and I couldn’t spend a night without getting up to take a painkiller and looking like Halloween decoration the next morning. My stomach was upset of so much Advil and… I will spare further details. The solution came when I friend recommended me his dentist, Dr. Sacoransky, whose patient he had been for 10 years. “Dr. Sacoransky will take good care of you, he said. Just call the office and tell them it’s an emergency.” So I did. The doctor saw me the same day at Pacific Dental. He was very careful, adjusted my bite and recommended me a night guard because I am grinding my teeth in my sleep. The toothache is gone, I sleep well and I can eat normally again.

The receptionist was terrible, she did not provided a good service. She did not filled out my forms properly with my dental insurance, he gave them an incorrect name which caused the insurance to be invalid and the dental office charged 700 dollars directly to me for the appointment, making me call my dental insurance later and process the refund. When I asked the recepcionist to call te dental insurance providing the right information so I can be able to use the insurance to pay for the service she just refused to help in any way possible. Pretty rude and the worst customer service I have ever seen

Excellent service all around. Very clean and organized environment. Dr. Sacoransky is informative and kind, and put me at ease after not seeing a dentist in over a decade. Paula, Marlee, and the other hygienists and front desk staff go above and beyond. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist!

I have been to Pacific Dental Surgery on two occasions so far. The first appointment was with Dr. Sacoransky. He was very professional and I felt happy with the service. The second visit was to do a dental hygiene. I was attended by Sharan and she was very attentive. She explained to me everything thoroughly and provided an excellent service. Thank You!

We trusted Dr. Sacoransky based on the awesome ratings here. I don't doubt his cordiality and maybe he is good for your regular check ups and cavities. Unfortunately in our personal experience he lacked properly advising us on risks and potential outcomes of a root canal treatment, he didn't refer us to a specialists in due time and finally he didn't disclose a accidental perforation on the tooth, we believe he caused based on the evidence we have. Due to this we had to pay (not insured) for an unsuccessful treatment and the loss of the tooth. We have filed a complaint with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario for a formal investigation on this matter. I will update my review once we hear back on the decision from the College panel.

Had an amazing experience today during my visit. The hygienist was gentle and thorough and the dentist was very kind and informative. Thank you!

Pacific Dental was one of my best dentist appointments yet. The Hygienist and the Dentist were both very patient, taking time to explain the issues, causes and effects. I walked out not only with a clean mouth/set of teeth but also a lot more educated about causes of hun disease. THANK YOU!

Dr. David Sacoransky is patient and trustworthy.He sometimes is too nice for his own sake: He sometimes does not charge patient for very minor issues.This should tell you what kind of dentist Dr. David Sacoransky is.One may or may not agree with his political views. But he is just too likeable regardless of any possible disagreement.

I have been going to this clinic for about 1 month. I had some fillings and an extraction done. Dr. Sacronsky was very patient and laid back and very efficient. It was a pleasant experience. That says a lot considering it's a dental clinic.
