After relocating to Ottawa two years ago, I had a wonderful experience with LivingWell Apartments. I've been made to feel extremely welcome since day 1 by management, who has been quite attentive and kind.They are always quick to help and will do anything they can to make me feel right at home.The property manager, Karine, was a delight to work with because she was always on top of everything and I never had a problem.I strongly recommand dealing with LivingWell Apt.Recently, the building was sold, I hope that the new management will live up to LivingWell Apt's high standards.

LivingWell Apartments were always very helpful, attentive, and pleasant! Karine especially was very nice and addressed any matters we had promptly and professionally. She really went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this company!

We lived at 211 ivy for 1 year and the building manager was extremely helpful and nice. They were pet friendly and had other tenants who were really welcoming. We enjoyed our time living there and only moved because we are growing our family and needed a yard and extra room. Karine the building manager was so prompt with her responses and took all matters ever brought up seriously. We love the area as well. Overall I would recommend.

I had a great experience with LivingWell Apartments after they took over management of my building. Their responses to my emails were quick and effective, and when I needed something fixed in my apartment they were there right away.Dealing with Karine the property manager was a dream as she was very on top of things and I never had an issue.I wouldn't hesitate to be one of their tenants again.

I absolutely loved living at a LivingWell apartment (80 Bolton St). This location was fantastic!! Quiet area but within a very short walk to the Byward market. The building itself is new and very well cared for. The units are spacious and have AC and in-suite washer dryer. The LivingWell landlord was superb and very responsive to any issue. If it wasn’t for buying a place, I would have stayed there for many more years. I couldn’t recommend the location and company more!! 100% recommend without reservation.

I was a tenant in LivingWell's unit at 80 Bolton Street in Lowertown for 2 years. The apartment was modern and in excellent condition with no major issues during my time there. The property manager was incredibly responsive and ensured the building was well-maintained and properly cared for. Fellow tenants in the building were quiet, respectful, and always friendly. The location is ideal - so close to downtown yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. I would highly recommend renting from LivingWell, especially at their Bolton Street location. I definitely would have continued my tenancy but had to move out of town for work. Easily a 5 star rating!!

Karine and her staff made for a very positive living experience in Ottawa. The Bolton St. property is a safe, clean and professional building in a great location. The walking score was great and any issues with the unit and building were always professionally handled. A great option for Military IR or other Government Departmental postings downtown. Highly recommended.

I lived in their Acacia ave unit for over a year until i had to move out to a different city. But over the time I’ve lived there i had an amazing experience with the property as well as the property management. I didn’t had much issues with my unit, but the minor ones i had were solved immediately. And the rent was reasonable compared to all the amenities they provided plus the market value.

I lived at 80 Bolton for 3 years. During my tenancy LivingWell took over as my landlord and could not have had a better experience with them. Karine was incredibly responsive and the building was well-maintained and managed. Had I not been moving across the country for work I would have never left! Highly recommend, you won't find a better landlord out there.
