We adopted a senior kitty who is EXTREMELY anxious at the vet's, and the staff at this clinic have been helpful and supportive to make his visits as stress-free as possible. They are patient and gentle with him. He's our first pet and everyone has been reassuring and happy to answer questions thoughtfully.Dr Kayla discovered our cat has hyperthyroidism and was kind and compassionate in discussing what our options were to help him. She has helped us successfully manage it for over a year; he's healthy and happy because of her diligence. Tammy always seems genuinely pleased to see our cat and us, even though he's terrified to be there and we're anxious for him. I cannot recommend this place enough, these folks are lovely, professional, and trustworthy.Their covid precautions are thorough and consistent. They do a great job protecting clients and staff while still taking wonderful care of fluffy family members. I am grateful that they have been on the ball with safety from the very start.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and doctors at Paws. I bring my cat and puppy here, and everyone treats my pets with kindness and compassion.My emails full of anxious concerns are always replied to with patience and understanding as well as great advice.I have never been pushed to buy extra things, and everything during checkups is explained so clearly.I feel so confident taking my pets here and recommend this vet to anyone else looking for the perfect place to bring their pets to!

There is only pay parking on main roads but you can find free parking on side streets if you don't mind the extra couple blocks. Otherwise they did a great job on my Bud.

Ringo definitely benefits from having both groomers working together to keep him calm and less wriggly!

We brought our mini dachshund in today for a full groom and we’re very pleased! Tina did exactly as requested and our Sadie came out smooth and sleek with a lovely “tail fan” Most importantly she was calm and happy obviously not too scary an experience for her.

Dr. Kayla Stinn is a very compassionate vet and always explains patiently and clearly the health issues my geriatric cat is going through, providing options and never pushing for procedures I don’t feel comfortable with. Staff is also attentive and professional. My only side note would be availability may be a bit hard, but that’s also a bit on my schedule. Ashy doesn’t like visiting vets but if she understood why she goes there, she would be giving paws up!

I have live in 5 countries and 3 different continents. I have been to over 30 Vets in my life. Royal Pet Paws easily the best Vet I have seen. The service, patience, reliability, nice and friendly people I have seen. Highly Professional.Dr. Kayla seems to like and enjoy her job as well. They even help me to fill out and send out my insurance papers. The way the Dr Kayla explain it to me as if I'm getting a crash course how to become a vet. All of the questions on my head are answered before I have a chance to ask. This is how all the businesses should be operated. Lucky (My Cat) is doing very well now and back to normal. We definitely need more Vets like this. This place definitely will be my go to place no matter where I move in the future within GVRD. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. Once again Thank you so much.

I took my dog Levi here to get a groom after almost a year. He was very matted and had super long hair and after taking him to Paws he looked like a whole new dog. The customer service was great and all the workers were very friendly and kind. Levi also seemed to like the groomer Jen a lot, and was very happy after his hair cut.

Took my corgi/American Eskimo dog there first time ever he has been groomed. They did a excellent job. I was so shocked at how my doggo looked in the end. It was amazing! My dog has a bit of aggression/doesn’t like his paws touched. He was muzzled and they had no problems! 110% going back next month! Thank you Alice!!!

I have been taking my pets here since they opened and recommend them to everyone! The doctors and staff are amazing and have always been very compassionate and patient with my fur babies and me. You can hear the genuine concern for your pet in their voice, they take all precautions they can to ensure your pets health and safety.
