The first time I used First Class Grass was for a single grass cut. The company was showed up on time, were eager to do a good job.A week later I decided to employ them for the rest of the summer for lawn maintenance, including cutting the grass and weed control. I paid up front nearly $500 for 1/2 summer lawn maintenance. I paid with an eTransfer so that they would not incur fees from a credit card company.They promised that the first lawn cut would be later that week.Unfortunately, they did not show up. The next week, I inquired about when the first lawn cut would occur. John (the business owner), indicated that they would be out the next day. However, they did not show up.I attempted to get in contact by phone, and received a text back saying that they had lawn equipment failures" but would be there first thing the next morning (Saturday). Well they never showed up. This was the third time John promised and didn't show.Now I am being ghosted. I am attempting to get my money back but this seems unlikely now. It has been about 5 weeks with no service."

Very pleased with the service from John. Cut sod out that was full of crabgrass replaced with new sod. Lawn is beautiful now.Great service and great prices. Highly recommend
